Hice un pedido, y me decia una fecha estimada, que comprendia entre el 30 de septiembre y 7 de octubre. Al ver que no llega el paquete el 7 de octubre, escribo un correo donde me dicen que espere dos días mas. Espero dos días mas y no llega, por lo que escribo de nuevo y me dicen si es por la direccion. Les escribo una tercera vez y me dicen de reenviar el paquete. Al final hice devolución, porque lo necesitaba para algo importante y no llegó.

Van 2 veces que me envian un pedido a mi domicilio habitual y me dicen que no puede ser entregado. Llevo desde agosto que lo pedi sin recibirlo. Antes me iba genial la aplicación pero no la recomendaría más.
Muy mal, te imprime los fotos como les dan gana. Ellos hacen recorte para mejorar tus fotos pero quedan feo. Muy mal experiencias

Does not work because of root
Te dicen que tienes 45 fotos gratis, pierdes el tiempo seleccionandolas y cuando vas a tramitar el pedido, te piden que pagues gastos de envío. Podría considerar pagar los gastos de envío, pero si te lo dicen desde un principio, de lo cobtrariou, siento como que me están tomando el pelo y que me están haciendo perder el tiempo, así que sintiéndolo mucho, por mentirosos y por listillos, desinstalo la aplicación.

Mi fotos no han llegado en el plazo establecido. Le he enviado un mensaje para saber si me las van a dar o al menos que me hagan un rembolso y todavia no responden. Totalmente decepcionada

The first 2 times everything it was correct, but the third time the order was incomplete, the bigger photo didn't arrive. I've contacted customers service twice and I haven't gotten any answer. Terrible service!!!!!
My app has come up in Spanish why I don't know so can't use it and when I select a photo it says 0.19€ each. I thought this was free?????
They said that they would give me free shipping for 10 pics for registering but at the end they want to charge me.
I purchased 75 20x30 prints and I had to change the size one by one. WHAT A PAIN. Hire a ux designer please.
Dice que es gratis pero me salía que costaba 3'99 y la otra vez que pedí me lo dejó totalmente gratis por que fui quitando fotos pero esta vez me dice que tengo 45 fotos gratis aún quitándo las CUATRO fotos que quería que imprimiera me decía que tenía que pagar 1'99 y yo no puedo pagarlo por que no tengo tarjeta, total un desperdicio d tiempo
El servicio es bueno pero la app es horrible. Tienes que seleccionar todas las fotos seguidas. Si cambias a otra app o pulsas en una foto y vuelves atrás se reinicia la selección. Al final acabo eligiendo las fotos 20 veces hasta que consigo elegir todas las que quiero sin equivocarme. La función de guardar la compra para después sólo funciona a ratos y mal. No quiero dejar de usar el servicio y ya he hecho muchos pedidos pero cada vez atraso mas hacer un pedido por no lidiar con la app.
I have downloaded the app as stuck in Spain (coronavirus restrictions) and wanted to send some photos to my mum in uk but app only gives me the option to send to a Spanish address. Can't find out how to change to UK???
so I can't select my country to shipping, only is in Spain
