ordered a poster 70x50cm sent the photo via the app all was lined up and could see the photo I wanted printing in the window, when print arrived it was blank apart from a small line of print on the top. contacted them using the AI chat, I was asked to send another copy of the photo I wanted so it could be rectified and reprinted, second poster came exactly the same as the first, no picture so contacted them again and eventually after persisting and numerous emails they did finally refunded me
says free yet charges $9 for shipping then it's not free it's false advertisement I can sue you for that you might want to no longer say free if not free thanks for wasting my time

If I had a choice of no stars, that's what I would've given because you said that my 2 posters were going to be here on May 5th, they were a mother's day gift to my daughter! Well today is May 11th and still nothing! I've never been so disappointed with a company before as I am with you! You got your payment, and I got nothing!! Thanks a lot!
Still scratching my head trying to figure out where my order is from this app! 🤯 Their AI customer service is no help at all. I definitely don't recommend it if you value your time.
Fail. They emailed me the following. We apologize for the inconvenience, but due to a rare upload glitch a number of the photos submitted with your order were corrupt and we're unable to process this order. We have cancelled your order and issued you a full refund. If you submit a new order, we shouldn't encounter the problem again. It was 10 photos. if they can handle that then they don't deserve my business.
