my order of a canvas was paid for but not received
I ordered a canvas as a birthday gift, and paid extra for "delivery by 3rd/4th June", as confirmed in my order confirmation. It has now dispatched and I'm told delivery will be by 8th June. This is totally unacceptable. Use a different carrier if Whistl can't meet your agreed delivery schedule! UPDATE No, I will not "improve" my review upon receipt! YOU have shipped the order incorrectly, don't blame the carrier! Royal Mail tracked 48 would have delivered by 4th June if shipped on 1st.
disappointed after many lovely photos this newest set. .contained one photo that had person cut in half...and photos where loose in the packaging not in a green folder as normal....
doesnt allow customer to pay and there is no customer service number
