Great app in theory, but the delivery is awful! I paid for rush delivery over Christmas, and it got pushed back a few days, so I applied for a refund, which I received. When it still didn't arrive, I ordered a reprint. It was supposed to come on 8th Jan but was pushed back one day and still didn't arrive! It's now saying it won't come until 14th Jan. This is incredibly frustrating, and I don't want to keep reprinting this book! There isn't even a customer service number I can call.
The lady in the video says the photo book is absolutely free but when I tried to order one I was charged for postage and packaging.so the video is false advertising and misleading people
It was not free at all it literally has free in the name and it charge me 14 pound what a waste off my time and it enqluded my family member that passed or are ill and I thought it would be a good gift for my family not so!

I love the photo books and how they turn out but you have to pay £15 for one like I only paid 1 for £2 (wasn't too bad) and now it's £15?! it's supposed to be free yet I'm having to pay £15 for one photobook now
really disappointing.. lots of pics blurred..
I like the app but it's kind of a scam. on the advert it says that the delivery is free but when I go to check out to order my book. its costing TWO pounds to order the book? like seriously. stop doing fake advertisement.
photos are not as clear as i expected, book is made lovely and great quality though
