L'applicazione al primissimo avvio blocca interamente l'uso del dispositivo, rimane fissa su una sorta di splashscreen e non consente di uscire (contro le linee guida del play store, seguiranno azioni parallele alla review) Edit: salve PM inutile, il riscontro costruttivo era già presente nella review originale dove era spiegato il vostro problema in ogni dettaglio, inoltre avete info quali modello e v. OS. Ci vuole impegno per non saper cosa fare a questo punto. Torni pure ai suoi fogli excel.

All photos were too cut I couldn't use them at all. And in the preview they weren't at all, I also calculated the correct size and everything. Plus the quality of paper is very weak, wouldn't recommend at all.
Purtroppo non è affidabile. Avrei dovuto ricevere l'ordine due settimane fa e ancora nulla. Non vengono fornite informazioni sulla spedizione per tracciare il pacco. Non sanno nemmeno loro a chi affidano il pacco? Non danno possibilità di annullamento tantomeno di rimborso. Inoltre molto grave per privacy in quanto che vengono perse fotografie.

I tried to order my pictures for 3 months and still the app tells me the order can't be placed. I made different accounts, made the order with different phones, used multiple cards, nothing.
I'm giving one star because I can't give any less...after months of using them my account gets blocked with no warning or verifications. After contacting customer care they say its due to fraudulent transactions to which I have no record of. I then ask them to release my account but they refuse. Do not recommend at all! Would rather pay for my photos than use them, also had issues with delivery from their siste app "FreeTiles" and I belive that is why they have blocked me.
order never arrived. customer service just told me to wait it out and it never arrived, it's been almost two months. also before answering (after 2 weeks of complaints) they completely ignored me on email and instagram DMs. didn't even get my money back. 100% scam.
Talmente scarsa che preferisco scaricare e usare un altra applicazione.Perché anche cercando di risolvere i problemi con l'assistenza mi dice che non posso fare quello che mi dite . Quindi... Oltre alla scarsa assistenza ovviamente l'applicazione ha troppe lacune. Ho sopportato i bug e i crash, ma poi per mandare le foto a diversi indirizzi devo installare e disinstallare e.. Cosa? Scherziamo? Dai per favore... Che Incompetenza.
My free prints never arrived after ordering twice.
Ho fatto due ordini e tutte e due gli ordini mi sono arrivati in ritardo, anzi se devo essere sincera solo il primo ordine è arrivato in ritardo (di due settimane), il secondo il realtà non è mai arrivato.
Brutta perche dicono che e gratis ma non lo e la spedizione standard non e gratis quindi e una trufa
Un ordine di circa 30 euro non arriva da due mesi e continuano a rispondere solo con messaggi automatici a tutte le mail, il numero non risponde, e i messaggi sembrano copia e incolla anche qui nelle recensioni Google. Potete interessarvi sul serio al caso specifico? Capisco che la spedizione sia affidata a un ente esterno ma comunque lo scegliete voi come partner, se non funziona cambiatelo.

Non arrivano le foto, non scaricatela.
Ho pagato le stampe che non sono mai arrivate. La colpa viene data alle poste e soprattutto neanche rispondono alle ripetute e-mail di disservizio. Bravi!
I tried anything to order my prints, tried several credit cards and contacted the free prints staff but nothing they suggested worked either. The app continously says the expiration date of my credit card is wrong, which it isn't, and doesn't validate my payment. The idea of this app is really nice so it's such a pity

First time with an order of photos went alright, the second time with a mug with a photo on it, just didn't arrive, got no answer from the service and there is no way to track the pack since they don't provide you the tracking number, very very uncovenient, next time I'll chose a more expensive service which guarantees me better experience than free prints.
My order went missing and photos of my kids god knows who got them.you reordered for me and still got lost I wouldn't be that bothered but my kids photos I will not order again even if more expensive at shops at least it's safer

They sometimes don't ship the package but they charge the money in advance and never refund you. They keep sending pre-written emails and never give any real answer. Beware!
I made only one order in October, and it never arrived. On the application it says that is delivered, but I never received my order. :(
