this is stupid ,I've orded hundreds of pictures from this app .and now its telling me I need to use another device. ide give a o star but unfortunately I have to give one star from my device .
Everything was well till ya started using UPS for final delivery. I live in an apt with security door. your app did not provide space for further instructions upon delivery and even better NO tracking link to leave instructions. Lost my photos all together twice on same order!
it says free but you still have to pay it's more of a too good to be true moment don't download
in May I ordered some pictures and do not receive them within the time I was supposed to via mail contacted free prints let them know what was going on they reordered the pictures for me and had them sent out again allegedly and once again I never received the pictures. I have used free prints many times in the past and had no issues but for some reason this time I've been having issues.

FreePrints makes it VERY difficult and laborious to pick the pictures I want to print. I have a directory setup to collect the photos I want but I can't access it because they won't allow me to open my filemanager app. so until they FIX this they will always have a low rating. I hate that they force me to scroll through thousands of unrelated photos. So I can't recommend the program.
it said I had to buy the photos but the ad said I can get the photos for free I'm a minor with no money
