if you're going to run by the sign-in information from sobeys and I enter my information from my safeway / sobeys why does it not recognize my information and then lock me out!!! here's an idea they're different apps I should be able to put my email when I download the app and a password of my choice for your app at fresco...especially since it doesn't want to recognize or accept my information from my Safeway app 🤨

Offers often don't work. Contacting support is PAINFUL. I've stopped bothering with the whole experience, as I just don't have the time.

App is fine when it works, I've had to uninstall and reinstall to get it working, as well as relink my scene card and reload to see my offers without it crashing. The spin the wheel for points isn't updating with my new spin, so I never got the new points with my newest transaction. Also, offers I've already used remain in my offers as if I still have them days after using them. It's frustrating that the instability of this app hasn't been fully addressed / fixed after so much time & reviews.

I've had this app for a couple years maybe, but now, there seems to be issues for about the past 8 months. Doesn't work for me, at all. Its either not recognizing my pswd or saying this isn't your account. Doesn't work on phone. I get a fix errors message, but nothing missing or mis spelled, and nothing highlighted to fix. very frustrating, Uninstalled, reinstalled, still not working. Not sure what else I can do to fix the problem. Started shopping elsewhere.

Deleted the app & re-downloaded and it's still the same thing. Just going to delete it completely & continue to use my Flipp app for flyers & scene app to scan my points card. I suggest everyone else do the same to avoid the headache.
recent upcate has locked out my Scene+ account details. refuses to accept re-input of my Scene+ number or show my points. Note, Scene+ shows when I sign in on website via PC, BUT NO LONGER ON YOUR NOW USELESS APP.
I would give this app a zero if I could. can't verify the scene card. shows number to call for 1 second. absolutely garbage app. no one in my family will shop at a freshco owned store ever again.

what a PITA app. won't stay signed on.. asked to verify every time I sign on... won't stay on same page. wow
One star is too many. App always asks for password reset, but now that has become impossible. I contacted them saying: "Currently, there is no way for me to reset the password". Their response: "Thank you for that update, I'm happy to hear it's no longer an issue for you." No one is listening. No one cares.

I'm never able to load offers. Frustrating to miss out on points. I'd rather receive a paper flyer in the mail - this app isn't good for anything else. edit Password reset does not work. receive an email with a link to...nothing. App still pretty much useless

The most recent changes to this app make it impossible to use. I used to be able to add items to my "shopping list" and check them off in store. Now the only option is to delete the item from my list completely. I want to be able to look over my checked off list when I am done. The app also doesn't show the actual flyers any more. You get a list of individual items that takes ages to scroll through. I don't want to see the 12 different kinds of frozen meals for one while I'm planning my shop!

This app glitches every time I turn on my phone or restart, it says FreshCo has stopped working. There is nothing you can do to fix it, because there is something wrong internally with the APK that makes it break everytime the app starts up. Please get the developers to fix this. Until then I will be deleting the app. Thank you!
Frustrated! The app was great, now I get an error verifying my scene card and it won't let me select my local store.
sales never accurate
I'm trying to access my local flyer. The app crashed. I had to put in my postal code even though I can clearly see the words "your saved store" followed by the address of the store I usually go to. Then the app crashed when I tired to. I don't know which knuckle-dragging troglodyte decided this needed so many hoops to jump through but I wish them nothing but red traffic lights until the end of time
test your apk's before releasing, Google, vet your play store pushed updates
The latest update is launched without adequate testing. Takes forever to load and can't change stores to ChaloFreshco find out and load relevant offers, permanently stuck at base store. The app has been hastily launched without thorough testing. USELESS UPDATION, EARLIER BASIC VERSION WAS MUCH BETTER AND EASY TO NAVIGATE.

They recently revamped the app and removed the simple checklist. Now you have to save your favourites by going through every product available in the store (which includes a picture of the item taking up a third of my screen) and then adding them to your checklist. When you create your own list without the images, you have to delete the item rather than check it off, meaning you have to type in your list all over again. PLEASE bring back the simple checklist from the previous version!

Who thought 10 seconds is enough time to enter a verification code sent to email? I have to switch apps, wait for the email to arrive, open it, find the code, and switch back - all in 10 seconds? That’s unrealistic and poorly designed. Every update just makes this app worse. It's slow, buggy, and completely frustrating. Nothing works smoothly anymore. I’m done. I’ll shop at Walmart instead. Keep your points, your deals, and this useless app.

Slow loading and refresh times. 4X basket bonus never works so I have lost about 40$ in scene points because they can't program simple features. There is no way to contact customer service because they say it's Scene's fault then you talk to scene and they tell you to talk to freshco and get receipts.

Absolutely useless. Must spend 15 minutes to log in, putting in code after code and waiting for authentication, and no code sent. Not worth all the bother.
