really app only? never flying frontier again
unable to check into my flight as needed. it kept asking me for my birthday where there were only options to enter my name and KTN. never got my boarding pass through the app.

IT'S 2026! MAKE YOUR APP FLIGHT TIMES ACCURATE AND UPDATED!!! daughter on an incoming flight - she texts me there's weather delays. cool, I'll watch the app. check the app - says she will be landing so I head to the airport. I wait. I wait. 30 minutes after the app says they should be here, nothing. I decide to check the website. app was SO WRONG. now I will have sat here WAY longer than I EVER should have.
Can't check in because my miles number is wrong and I can't fix the number because the text field is disabled with some placeholder text "***xxx". Tried the website and it says check in is only available in the mobile app. Is check-in not as important as I thought, for it to not be working at all? Last update is showing May.

One of the worst apps, Don't fly with this people. Never have flown with them before and all their staff is entitled and useless. Other airlines have better communication with whats on their app.

thanks for delaying my flight 3 times and ruining my plans I only paid a goddamn Kings ransom for the tickets.
The service quality is consistently subpar, characterized by frequent flight delays or cancellations and stringent enforcement of personal item and carry-on size restrictions.

Im appalled at the lack of consideration from this company. I bought a ticket, got to my destination but when it was time for me to go home they canceled my flight (2 hours before the flight was due to leave) then tried charging me double to book the next flight just so I could get home. The customer service agent was absolutely no help and didnt compensate for any of the stress caused Id rather ride a paper airplane before flying with them again. im so disappointed.
There is nothing on their site about requiring you to download an app to use the airline. It's a way for them to sell your personal info to make more money off each person who makes the poor choice of booking a ticket with Frontier.
They now force you to use this app for check in. Disgusting company.

1 star for forcing me to download an app to get a boarding pass.
Parties traveling together are being seated spread out throughout the plane, even if traveling with minors. The airline will make you pay for seats if you want to sit together and we are not talking about extra space or special arrangements.
The sales bombard and confuse you all the way to boarding pass.
always an issue checking in! customer service is often poor.
trying to do check in with 24 hours of domestic flight, app wont allow me to finalize , says need to add valid date of birth but no such field to enter date of birth in frontier app.. frustrated
The app offers little to no support when there is an issue.
When you add a trip to your list it shows it but whenever you come back to the app it is gone. Getting tired of having to add it every time. Also not excited about checking in for flights and getting pop ups like I'm shopping on Temu
