Horrible Horrible It took me 3 hours to try and check in... Unbelievable Stop Pushing your cc on people and then You can't even take a back pack they charge you for that $69 might as well flown with another carrier after the nickel and dime game. Horrible

I have been on this frontier pages for an hour. Can not check in, called them to help, person was exasperated that I was having trouble. Her solution for this issue was that I could not check in on their website. I had to arrive 3 hours early to check in..ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I WILL NEVER FLY FRONTIER AGAIN.
junk, it won't work!
This app is garbage just like the airline. There is a weather notice on the app. Click on it and it just times out after having a loading screen for 10 mins. Call Frontier and they say "we don't see anything on our end". Click anything else and it just freezes. Absolutely useless
horrible airline. luggage fees were almost more then the ticket itself.
Not user friendly. Cities with 2 airports like Chicago i should not be searching separately. Go Wild is unavailable in many routes and not even a reason why is given, haven't been able to use it even once!
They automatically renewed my subscription and charged me.
Flight from Mexico to US tells me to check in through Volaris (the initial flight for a 1-Stop flight in Denver) then to Omaha. Volaris app doesn't work and their website directs you to the app. Unable to check-in online or on the app through Volaris and Frontier has no option although the flight was booked through Frontier. Now I gotta pay a fee to check-in at the airport.
Very confusing
the Android app won't let me log in because it says my email is invalid because it has dashes in it yet I am able to log in using the IOS app.
App is about as garbage as their customer service. Barely updates schedule changes, always timing out. I've flown with them once, used the app once. that was already once too many.
DO NOT BUY BUY THE FRONTIER WILD PASS!! I installed the app just so I could put 1 star for the gross BAIT AND SWITCH tactic to get cash in exchange for a pass where the benefits are virtually impossible to obtain.

I don't consider it's a customer friendly for an airline to force installing an app to allow a flight check-in instead of using their website without a need to install anything on my phone.
constantly gave to readd my booking information over and over again, just to be told "you're not on this flight". making this app work can't be that hard

I never find flights with gowild pass buy it for nothing
This app and this company are terrible. There is no real reimbursement for delayed flights. There was no plane at the gate and customer service tried to tell me the flight was on time and boarding and the app still was saying on time. 10 minutes after takeoff time the app finally says a 3 hour delay. The price isnt worth it if you miss all your plans.

Well from the time my daughter and I boarded the plane we noticed that there was very little legroom and our 3 hour trip it was very cold on the plane which I'm shocked either of us were able to get any sleep and that's just part of it. I woke up and was thirsty and asked if I could get a Coke and the flight attendant stewardess said that I could charging me $4.29 for a 12 ounce can and I told her to forget it. The rest of the flight I kept thinking I'll never ever fly Frontier again. 😡😡😡
No scale will ever display my disgust for this airline, yes, the airline itself. Our flight is delayed by 30 minutes, then an hour and then 2. Inconvenient but normal. We need a different plane sooner, due too hotels. ONE who WAS helping, I ask the 2 people standing next to her doing nothing if they can help. He had an issue that I asked them while the lady I'm in line at is helping 2 other people. We book a different airline, while on the plane the original flight is now delayed til tomorrow.

Giving me an "Unexpected error" message all the time. Very bad app support.
Unable to check in for my flight due to a misread and uneditable Frontier mileage number in the system. Frontier chat support sessions expired twice due to slow agent response. Phone support was equally unhelpful: the agent confused my mileage number issue with a TSA number, then stated customer service couldn't assist. I was advised to go to the airport, hoping they waive the check-in fee.

App did not work for international checkin for a cancun-houston flight, had to wait in ~2hr line just to talk to a frontier agent. we had friends who didn't check bags and the app allowed them to go straight to security. also tried to purchase bags via app, never got a email receipt and ended buying more bags because the app didn't work.
This is the worst airline app I have ever used. I purchased the discounted flight yearly membership and I am unable to book flights through the website and the app. Or, the only flights available are an overnight stop in another city in which I would have to pay for a hotel, just to sleep. Thumbs down. Do not recommend.

So I was invited by the developer of the app to try out their beta version and review it in return for 2500 Frontier miles which I gladly agreed to, however the Dev ghosted me and now I have no way to collect my 2500 miles! The apple surely doesn't fall far from the tree either here apparently 🫤 In hopes of them still holding their end of the deal I will reserve my opinion of the new update. Yo Dev don't do me like that!
could not check in. App would not let me go past a page, said my frequent flyer number was incorrect. I have had the number for 26 years.
America's worst airline. They are cheap and that comes with a price. Horrible customer service from phone agents, a majority of gate agents, and supervisors. Flight attendants are much nicer, but not the best. The planes are uncomfortable as well.
Just assigned seats. add it to sales. much easier. Who wants to pick a seat ? find a seat and sit ! like everyone else.
The app is working very poorly today. I tried to check in for tomorrow's flight, but I wasted a lot of time on it and got nowhere. I then switched to my personal computer and completed the check-in there; only after that did the boarding pass finally appear in the app. This is absolutely unacceptable for travel. Right in the middle of the check-in process, the app prompts you to apply for a credit card-and then everything grinds to a halt.
