Pas de réponse après de nombreuses relance de ma part du service client c'est assez dommage réponse au développeur: non ça n'est pas le cas toujours pas de réponse dans l'application et ça fait 1 semaine

worst dating app I've ever tried I didn't even get to explore much before I accidentally hit the 'verify your identity ' face matching tab there was no way to exit out of the page so even though my lighting was bad I took a photo got rejected and there was no way to re- submit a different photo. PLUS it just takes selfie- so liars could fake verify easily I CAN'T EVEN ACCESS THE WAYS TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT - maybe that's how they have anyone available on there. just abandoned accounts

Terrible app. the whole point of the fruit system is to filter people, but you can't even do it without paying! you can't even see who liked you At least offer a free trial 🤨
The free version is so unusable it might as well be always pay. Only 5 profiles per day, no option to filter with your preference/fruit, no option to message someone?? Verification is optional but will ask you to do it to use the app anyway. Constantly asks for your precise location each use.

Banni sans aucune raison apparente, je pense que l'application n'a pas aimé mon usage d'un VPN... Faire appel de la décision est impossible car non lu, ni géré par un humain, une IA vous envoie lire le règlement que j'ai lu, ce qui mène à ma théorie ci-dessus.
Le concept est bon mais toutes les fonctionnalités qui devraient être disponible par défaut, surtout le filtre à fruits, sont bloquées derrière un abonnement super premium de 30€ par mois, ou 180€ à vie. L'application est assez cool malgré une interface plutôt horrible, mais devoir débourser 30€ par mois pour pouvoir utiliser ce qui est sensé faire le charme de l'appli comparé aux autres, ça pique sévère. Edit: on m'a demandé de les contacter sur Instagram en rapport à mon avis, c'est un enfer.
The app is forcing me to scan my face and "unlock the verified badge". I can't opt out or access the app to do anything. The only choice on my screen is to scan my face or contact support (a bot)

filters werken niet ik doe leeftijd 20-24 en ik krijg veel mensen buiten die range zelfde voor afstand, dat werkt niet veel Franse profiles ook. matchen is ook niet best, je moet z'on rare vraag beantwoorden, die andere ook anders kan je niet met je match appen
Claqué au sol. On match que des bots et des comptes onlyfans pendant que les femmes font leurs courses sans galère sans pression. C'est dégoûtant comme principe, ça sert à rien si on peut même pas avoir une conversation normale avec qui que ce soit. (La faute au système de l'appli et son fonctionnement, pas les femmes)

I'm guessing it's a bot thats answering the comment so last edit. There is nothing else to say about it. No one awnser the first prompt. Full of "match" but full of "Has not replied yet". Anyway the prompt are always the same boring questions that will never get you anywhere, even if someone does awnser it, no one talks about it. Just like any other dating app, they are dying ans getting full of bots, so now youre almost guaranteed to never meet anyone
5 jours d'abonnement. les pollen n'ont jamais fonctionné. en considération que je filtre mes likes et que j'ai quand-même quelques match par semaine sur Facebook dating. c'est absolument obscène que j'ai uniquement swipe right des heures avec des amis hier et avant hier et je n'ai toujours pas UN SEUL match. application morte
Dead app. I went through my entire area, and it won't load people anymore. There should be an option to increase the distance past 75 miles just to see if anyone is even using the app.

Can't see who likes you AT ALL without golden, poor/limited filtering options, uses a swipe-like system, and has tiny useless limited info profiles. Useless for an app that's supposedly about finding 'the one'. I will never use a dating app that locks the most useful discoverability behind $20 premium features. Even filtering for the main feature of the app (the fruit system) is locked behind premium. Nobody is on here either. (edit: idc whether it's 'possible' devs; issue is it's not practical)
Awful app. You could be swiping on everyone in your area and beyond and never receive a match even though it says people are liking your profile. It's confusing to remember what fruit means what and there's tonnes of fake/blank profiles.
tried to reinstall it, deleted app of my phone, but in playstore my only option is to uninstall ( which I can't cuz it's not on my phone ) it's been like this for atleast 3 weeks
I cannot get past the phone number authentication screen. I add my number, hit confirm, but the arrow to the next screen doesn't do anything. I have tried repeatedly over the last few weeks, to no avail

il y a uniquement des robots et mon profil n'apparaît jamais (vérifié avec une autre personne) une sacrée perte de temps. J'ai quand même réussi à liker 17 fois la même photo, mais avec 17 prénoms différents. (j'ai signalé chaque compte et rien n'a changé.)

can't even access the app because it's suddenly telling me I need to enter my phone number but every time I do it says there is an error and it contacts fruitz support team. I haven't heard anything from them. Seems like a fake app...

Not all countries work. I'm asked for a phone number and I live in China. keep getting an error. the app gives no option to contact staff from the phone number screen so I can contact them.
i got banned for absolutely no reason?? i didn't text anyone. i didn't say anything wrong on my profile. didn't put any weird picture. i had JUST downloaded it what am i supposed to do to be unbanned??
