It was good for awhile but now the app on my TV either it kicks us out for no reason or it just won't load

The app is horrible. Rewind/fast forwarding rarely works. it constantly loses connection when casting to a TV.
Trash app. Can't even stream anything without buffering when every single other service I have plays perfectly fine. Joke of a company, charging insane prices when they can't even function at the most basic level.

I canceled the subscription and they still took my money
so I'm trying to cancel my subscription about the 94$ and it literally won't let me I tried signing myself out I tried deleting it but it still takes money don't get this app very bad

do not sign up for the free trial. they make it incredibly difficult to cancel so they can then steal your money.

one of the worst apps I have ever downloaded. it says it has NHL games on but they not and I can figure out how to cancel my subscription. a user's nightmare
Garbage, false advertising. Claim to be the best sports streaming service, takes your money, gives you a third of the games and refuse to give money back. Big hustle.
i got a 30 day free trial from bestbuy and i tried signing up for the first time and all mt cards were blocked. i contacted support and they had the NERVE to tell em this usually happens when you've tried more than one trial(mind you I've never used fubo in my life) and due to this they block your account. this company hates making money and new customers. stay away, find a competitor that actually wants your money because what they are doing should be illegal. offering fake free trials.

I am having a terrible time getting into the baseball app that I have paid for on fubo! I had previously thought that I had signed up 2 times previously on other platforms. I have had mlb out of market for years. This is the 1st time I have not been able to get in!!! Help, isn't there a phone number that an older handicapped person can use? Thanks

I could not watch wrestlemania after activating it in my account on the website. ESPN kept sending me back on a loop. If you can not figure out a simple feature like this, you dont deserve my money.
well I just wasted a 14-day free trial thru Xbox game pass. I had been saving it til the NHL playoffs. wish I would have read the reviews & Reddit too cuz I see how many ppl have had the same issues wen doing a free trial but card is declined for no reason. we have plenty of funds. we've been using it for many years. we have every other movie & TV app as well so Fubu just lost another customer and money before I was even an actual "customer"! 🙄 AND a 14-day trial WASTED too.
I had a terrible experience with these guys. I downloaded it because I wanted to watch World Cup qualifier playoffs. long story short when I went to watch the matches they were in app purchases. for another $19. I was angry but I was willing to pay for it because I wanted to watch the game. put it set me on an endless loop of back and forth between the app and the website. needless to say I never got to see the match. terrible interface and customer service.
The app sucks pretty bad but the worst thing is the video quality when I stream through Roku or Chromecast. I didn't sign up for either of the 4K plans, but the lowest "Pro" tier doesn't even stream in HD and the refresh rate is horrendous. I only subscribed to see the Penguins in the playoffs, so thankfully I can unsubscribe soon.
Hey Fubo! I'm trying to reinstate my subscription, but no luck! Help! All I wanted was to watch the Giants and the A's, but after about an hour I got to watch the end of the Giants game! That was about three weeks ago and still no luck! I'm almost 74yrs old, so I don't have much time left on this earth, and I'd love to watch my teams for one last season. Thanks. VG

I wanted to watch WrestleMania and I didn't even get the chance to see all the matches before it cut off, I hope it doesn't do this tomorrow or I'm cutting it off.
First time installing at the app and all you can do is Sign in. It doesn't even have the most basic functionality of clicking sign up from the app. Absolutely horrible. Can't use the App until this is fixed.
Can't connect to internet. Reinstalled, restarted phone, wireless, stopped app, turned off wifi, everything. Expected this in 1998 not 2026. Gave up after 2 hours.
hi. even though I am not using a vpn, app says it can't be opened while I am using a vpn. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. but it doesn't work properly.. plz fix it. no I need to unsubscribe my package. but the app doesn't allow me to enter my profile.
I will give you 5 stars as soon as you can figure out how to level the volume. especially the Sweet James adds that scream at four times the volume of anything else. upon hearing back they said I should email support to tell them this exact thing... or they could just forward it.

Unfortunately I have to keep giving Fubo money to watch EPL (I'm on the go often so can't find streams) but it is the worse app and product I've ever dealt with. absolutely hate it and I do not recommend it to anyone. Someone changed my subscription on my TV without telling me and Fubo doesn't send you an email telling you something has changed or that they're now billing you extra. Genuinely, I hate Fubo. Stear clear. I hope someone else wins EPL rights in Canada ASAP
