This app is horrible it said i had a 20 cent a gallon discount after t-life added it to fuel rewards but when I got gas it said it was only 10 cents discount.. this is unacceptable.. this needs to fixed asap and stop cheating people on their discount, gas is to expensive to be doing this.
wants my email for a forgotten password and won't go any further after I hit next.

Support is a joke. They responded to me asking to reach out to them for help. responding to a service ticket for me asking for help.

All day today, I try to sign into the app and nothing worked from three different devices.I'm not sure what's wrong or what happened.I haven't had any problems up until today.All I was trying to do is redeem.My sense off per gallon and the app was not cooperating at all.
Got an offer to come back, so figured I'd give it a chance. Downloaded the app and attempted login. Would no work. Changed password. Still would no work. Attempted to access through online site, that would not load either. Whole thing sucks! App and all! ZERO STARS, DO NOT RECOMMEND!

no discount! Tried to use this app along with a T-Mobile discount and it shows the discount I should rcv. Go to hit "pay" and it opens the Shell app where I did not receive any discounts. editing this comment 4/28/2026 same thing. tried to use it. expecting a $0.45 discount on the Shell rewards app and got nothing. these apps are trash.

app pestered me to review it so this is what you get. I'll be uninstalling it after I use the big rewards because it's just surveillance software that I don't need
is the app no longer working? I've tried everything from logging out, deleting and restarting and not able to log in or have my shell rewards accessed. tried to add my tmobile reward and can't do that because app is not working 😕

I haven't even been able to access the app because even though I have an account, the screen stays stuck on the login page continuously loading and doesn't actually log me in. I've changed my password. I've un-installed and re-installed the app and am still having the same issue with it being stuck on loading after I enter my login information correctly again and again.
False advertisement or reasoning on discount. I always have as a standard $0.05, but when on the app it gives me 20 cents or $0.15, or 10 cents even, it isn't giving me $0.10 or $0.15 or $0.20 it's only giving me five more sense or 15 more cents at the most because it doesn't add to the 5 cents I have like it used to, it changes it. So it is false advertisement and worthless. Update 04/28/26: T-Mobile Tuesdays offer for this day was 20 cents off a gallon. It gave me only 15 cents.

app will not log in, can access account im through web browser but not able to add or link cards because it forces you to the app which will never log in. Put in email and PW, hit login and ut juat sits there never loging in or error'ing out.

You are a MULTI BILLION dollar company and can not get your act together for fuel rewards? It's embarrassing at this point. The app is slow to update, you can't log in or gain access half the time, it doesn't recognize me as a long standing customer.....the list goes on FOREVER. Not worth the actual hassle. Also, the people in these reviews saying how great it is are bot replies, look at their "profiles." 🙄🤦♀️ Shell oil, Fuel Rewards-- DO BETTER!!!!
too many bugs, this app doesn't load.
You don't get discounts like they claim. any discount you get must be activated on a certain day you have to get the gas on a certain day.

I fill up with premium gas every 2 to 3 days and somehow I get pushed back down to sliver I had to delete the app and start over. Premium gas supposed to count double so why am I not at Platinum. It's not counting my fill-ups. I just put gas into my vehicle this morning and it's not counting. fix this please or I will have to go somewhere else to get my gas .
had to try login 3x before it actually worked. when using the shell card at a pump it says not recognized. I finally Logged in... I will try it again when I can. so far it's worthless. I see that the card is going away soon. so all this for nothing.

Doesn't work well with T-Mobile Tuesday money if you are already receiving discounts. The app doesn't let you consistently add up your discounts so you never get the full amount that TMOBILE TUESDAYS is offering.
