I’m really disappointed with this app. I accidentally made a purchase and immediately tried to request a refund, but it was denied without much consideration. There should be better support for users who make honest mistakes like this. Not everyone intends to buy something, and it feels unfair to be stuck with a charge for an accidental tap. Hoping the developers improve their customer service and refund policy in the future.

This is very concerning. I installed this app and it deducted money from my e-wallet without my permission or any confirmation. I even uninstalled the app right away, yet the unauthorized deduction still happened. This kind of action is unacceptable and must be stopped immediately. Taking money without consent is not just wrong-it feels like theft. I hope this issue is addressed and users are protected from this kind of behavior.

This app will not refund me or cancel my service, which was supposed to be a free trial that I cancelled right away on Google. It continues to try and charge me like 4 times in a row, multiple times a day. I have to keep my card and account locked. I just unlocked my card to buy groceries and charges started coming through. I reached out to their support to get a refund and received nothing back, it's been weeks. Today I'm being charged again this is insane.

This was an accidental purchase. I did not intend to subscribe to Future Baby Generator - GenArt (Weekly Silver). I realized the mistake immediately after the charge occurred and have not used the service or any of its features. I kindly request a refund for the ₱449 charge and cancellation of the subscription. ....the pictures are an extreme disappointment when compared to similar apps and services. Poor surfaces. Poor likeness. It's so called 'Ai' generated filter are anything but. Even down to the skin textures. I tried 6 different 'trending' styles with little to NO differences between them. Only my hairstyle was altered. Unfortunately....thumbs down in every way possible. I'm canceling the subscription ASAP.
