Support is to the lowest level. On Kronos, I exchanged a total of 3 items for 4k units but the game did not give me. admin is not reaponding on emails, FB and Messenger. all answers are bot answers.
I participated in the Kronos Tracking event in Galaxy Defense and won the guardian-buzzel reward, but I was unable to claim it successfully. I contacted customer support, but after 3 days I still haven’t received any response. This is very disappointing. Players spend time participating in events, only to face bugs and completely unresponsive support. I hope the developers fix this issue and improve their customer service.
what a garbage game. the in-app purchases will charge your card but you will not get the in-app purchase that you purchased. the only thing you can do is go through your credit card to do a chargeback because their support does not exist. and when you do that, they then ban your account so you cannot play the game anymore. this is all because of their neglect of their garbage game.
The game is a little fun, but it's hard to win stages without spending money. Even a small investment doesn't seem to help at all! You just lose the stage over and over!
Absurdly unbalanced gameplay.
A very pay to win game. If you are rich, then you will enjoy this game! If you don't have budget for this game then, most likely you will get high blood pressure.
Pay to win extreme, fully packet with advertisement for minimal rewards everything else is paylocked for high prices and recurring endless packs. Greedy and unprofessional, only thing "free" is the download, designed to hook and milk
Energy system for playing is instant 1 star
Sooo.. im trying to beat stage 5. Been there 15 times already. Thought its just grindy but turned out you won't be able to beat certain things without paying.
ads makes the game almost unplayable, and it costs $50 to remove them.
WHAT HAPPENED? I enjoy this game, it's one of my favourites. But the past week, there has been a problem with ADS. I don't mind ads, but recently, I play ads to get certain rewards and I DON'T GET ANY. It's annoying. I will keep checking the game over the next few days to see if this gets fixed but if it doesn't, I'll delete the game.
it's not fun spending a bunch of time setting your chips for the game to not even deliver cards appropriate to your spec. There have been so many rounds that I should have passed (or have even done before) but failed because the game so often won't give you the cards needed to pass a round. It's like sending the batter up without a bat. downgrading to 1 star as they now require critical upgrade items to be purchased with gems. 🤬 Greedy bastards. Ads don't give rewards 50% of the time now.
Locking 2x speed behind a paywall is crazy
gameplay is fun enough, but you run out of energy immediately. then the recharge for energy is 1 point every 10 minutes. so in about an hour you get to do 1 more battle? you don't actually want me to play? because I literally can't... the attack requirements as you progress are ridiculous. no way you can play for free. 3k attack power and level 40 to join a guild... I have 850 at level 50. greedy company for not much actual game

completely pay to win. wayyy to many options of powerups when your limited to 1 choice from 3 options making it very slim you get what's needed to beat the level.
Don't install, this game is a waste of time. You watch ads for the rewards and they don't give it to you, what a scam.

wont give the reward no matter how many times you watch the ad. Just forces google play to open and then makes you restart the game.

cool game, however it keeps crashibg randomly on the very first run, reseting all user data, essentially making this game an unfair permadeath game that kills you when it feels like it. you need to make it perform better on older devices such as my Samsung Galaxy S9+.
I'm stuck at Stage 10, At level 12 you still don't have violet upgrade. It's always introduced you to a new one. lol I've tried a hundred times but still like that way. Waste of my time.
needs improvement in targeting ai also make the navigations easier by letting the device back buttons functional.
for the first 3 days its fun. the idea and the game itself is not bad. then, the more turrets you get, the more useless you will get on the lvl. only 1 reroll is available. so, after 2-4 in lvl upgrades you already know, that you are not going to win. the "rng" in the game is set up in a way that good turrets are just not given. so, be prepared to be frustrated by the fact that the lvl is passable, but you are not given the instruments to do so

The bored game ever i play. Just play around 3 round. Graphic game not good at all. Only 3 round play and left for uninstall instead keep playing.
Started out good, but now I need to watch adds 2,3,4,5 times before getting the reward. Waste of time.

my account cant log in.. im stuck on the "entering game" screen and just when things were about to get interesting .. tried logging in different accounts seems to work fine but my main wont enter..

Was ok until the game stopped opening. Played a few days in row then all of a sudden the game just sits on the loading screen, frozen. Dunno if they are doing maintenance, but if they are, they should say sometime, otherwise I'm assuming the game is broken.

are you serious? after several minutes waiting for the game to download, and then it took almost a minute and a half for the game to start and then I played for 15 seconds before it had its first 30-second commercial? I get it it is Ad supported, but holy cow.

it's an alright game, but I actually chose to uninstall it because the advertising is quite frankly awful. even though I had already downloaded and it was playing it I was being served the most repetitive, brain dead and inane ads and ai shovelslop. I think I'm going to go play the tower which the developer promotes in person on camera and directly engages with his community to work together to improve so this one is acceptable but there are better games gonspend your time on them
