RIDICULOUS! and even if you pay, doesn't work! save your money!!
It doesn't matter how great the app is when their subscription model completely takes advantage of buyers. What is advertised as 8.99/month instantly becomes $14.99/month if you actually want to pay monthly instead of annually. Same principle for the group plan. There isn't an 8.99 monthly plan, it doesn't exist. What does exist is a $99/year plan. They advertise 8.99/month plan, click on it and you have the option of $99/year or $14.99 per month.

will not send notifications to our phones no matter how many times we update the app or reinstall it.
Communication and notifications are not working. I've cleared the cache. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Messages are coming in via the app but no notification which means you have to manually open the app and check for updates. Happening with multiple parents on our team, so no, it isn't just my settings.
Having to now pay for everything you used to get for free is crazy. I coach two teams and used it a lot. I'll be seeking an alternative.

don't waste your money. most schools aren't updating the games and it doesn't work. a lot of the rec league teams are going away from this due to cost. payed extra for the plus to be able to listen live. it's an ai voice and only works if someone ar the game is controle the content otherwise it just says live and never updates
Extremely disappointed with this app. I use to be able to watch the video while my grandkids played ball for free while they were playing live, now if I want to watch the video I have to pay. I strongly disagree, they only play for a few months, not all year long and most people probably don't steadily watch the whole time. As a grand parent I am on a tight budget and do not appreciate your greed and parents are supporting their kids sports and it isn't cheap. This should go back to being free!
Everytime I watch a live stream and I'm not connected to wifi it says live stream paused and then plays and then goes back to saying live stream paused. You guys need to fix this.
This app is horribly pay walled. In the worst possible way. It's inviting you to do all kinds of things and then only after getting your hopes up does it tell you to pay up. It's like someone took a list of dark patterns to extract maximum revenue and applked every single one. I didn't know I could hate an app this much until I used Gamechanger.
everytime the coach or parent sents a message I cant read it. it says theres a new message but nothing is there. I updated and cleared cache
Constant Video issues.
Freaking sucks using android tablets period. i use to use iOS and it use to freaking suck and switched to Android, and it really worked well. Streaming and doing the game-changing stats now with this last update or a few updates has completely went backwards for android , which is the better platform all around. i've been doing game changer for teams for 8 years , and this year has been the most challenging using my samsung tablet,i will say the streaming is still far superior on Android. fix!
does not work. fix it or get out of business
Everything behind a paywall is ridiculous, especially simple scoreboards from past games. Monetizing volunteer efforts to provide streaming is insane.
Was a great app, unfortunately greed took over, and every feature got put behind a paywall. My biggest gripe is that message notifications do not show up on my phone half the time. I'm part of numerous group chats and unless I open the app, I do not get notified when new messages are sent. This is very frustrating as some messages are time sensitive and if I'm not receiving a notification, they could go unanswered for hours at a time.
Decent app. my team uses it for men's baseball. good for communication and scheduling. buying "Pro" version allows you to see game box score, but not season stats. for that you need "premium" which is waaaaaaaayyyyy too expensive for what it is. "pro" is already overpriced as it is. would be 4 or 5 stars if it wasn't for the price gouging
cost too much and not user friendly enough for sharing with family and friends. Also, too many problems making player changes, substitutions once games have already started. needs a way to redo the lineups without rescanning, etc.
Can't get live video
It use to be a great app. Now charging more, so ads and can't watch a full. Game with out it keep pausing.
app no longer shows current schedule.
There was no reason to force us to use an app when there was a perfectly good website...
