app is trash never let's me actually log onto it. been like that for a year whats the point of an app if it won't even open
They made it harder to calculate trade in values on the app. It also never remembers my login so I have to do it every time I open the app....when it actually opens

Can't access my $10 credit until they fix this app. The website simply won't load anything related to my credit/offers and the app just gives me an error every time I try to login to my account.

I keep getting a notification that reads: "Unusual Activity Blocked. This happens when we detect the use of a VPN, proxy, or unusual network activity. Contact our support team if you believe this is an error." I'm not using a VPN. I'm using my phone's mobile data I always use in my home city. The app is now just useless garbage (instead of the mildly useful garbage that it was). Just use the browser.

Can't redeem points since it times out of the screen asking for the security code every time I leave the app. Trash app for a trash company.
literally doesn't work
I tried to log on, but I forgot my password went through the process to get a new password.... I never got the email with the link. I tried numerous times. PS I checked the spam folder also. I get notifications about new products, promotions, and stuff, BUT not the link to renew my password. pfffft
constant issues. crashes when trying to make a purchase. waiting DAYS for digital download codes. the last few updates added nothing to the app except these crazy bugs

by far the worst app you can ever use it constantly crashes constantly kicks you out constantly says that you are not who you say you are why not let you change your payment options. just overall I can see why GameStop is going out of business
good luck trying to checkout I tried buying one thing for 30 minutes and it kept glitching out It's like they don't want your money, horrible company.

One of the most frustrating apps I've ever used. The app forces me to the app store just to open it. tried redeeming points for 5$ online coupon, and it took my points but won't show the coupon to be used anywhere. Highly reccomend not using this garbage app.

Accuses me of having a VPN which I don't have and the option to use GameStop gift cards is suddenly gone. I tried using gift cards to preorder an upcoming game, only for the gift card option to not show up when it did so previously. Wish I could give it 0/5

what happened to this app it used to function back in the days ..ive had the account for years now it won't even recognize my account anymore,,,terrible! whatever they did has totally failed this app.Shame ..If only there was a way to rate 0 stars s then I would!
barely works as needed and constantly says to update when I've done it 4 plus times
infinite loading error at checkout, cant checkout any item no matter how many times i reload or try. :/
poor app, also even worse on the company to charge scalper prices on cards. I've been a pro member for years but that changes this year.

GameStop The New Scalpers. What the....... I mean seriously. You can get Pokemon at other places for the suggested retail value but not at GameStop.
