first off, I love the actual paper game. but the functionality of this version is comically bad. no undo button? can't leave the game screen without erasing the entire game?? unbelievable. i just bought this and immediately regretted it. if they fix those 2 things, I'll change the rating. stretch goal: show an AI opponent so our clever selections can make a difference.
Gameplay itself is very well implemented, but it's impossible to save your name and previous scores to keep track of your high score. Online registration batterie works, and over I did randomly manage to register online, the app signed me up with a random name I can't change. And no multiplayer. Great game, terrible app.
The app is so broken. Do not buy! No updates for the past 2 years. you cant log in so no scores are saved and it's never against someone else

It won't allow me to to play online, only offline which defeats the purpose of a multi player game. 😞

Did submit this issue via email right after purchase, still no correction. Will gladly update this review if the rules are fixed so that the English selection is actually entirely in English!
The game lacks a tutorial and the rules have sections in the English manual that still in German, please fix it.
Very annoyed to pay $5 only to have to pay more to play other people and not even have high scores saved.
Keeps asking me to re-enter a code for my old account. I've done this three times and each time I start a new game, it asks again.

18/06/21: the app doesn't work any more. It opens, rolls the first set of dice, then closes down on the next roll. :(
Really disappointed as I had expected the app to have a multiplayer function. I think an app implementation of a game which is mainly designed to be played with others MUST provide this functionality as well. I really hope for an update to improve this.
Keeps crashing/ freezing and wirst part: when I had the app on my phone other apps all of a sudden stopped working properly. I really regret spending my money and I actually want it back.
The game can be fun to play, but I have had it freeze on me a number of times which is disappointing. But, an even bigger issue is that Brettspielwelt placed RECURRING charges for this game on my credit card. I bought this as an app for my phone. It is not a subscription so I cannot understand how or why this was done. I also cannot seem to stop it so I am now left arguing my case with my credit card company.
Terrible flaw! If you hit the back button for your device, it exits the game and you lose all progress in the current game! Terrible!

Game is okay but you can't login and it won't save your stats because it won't let you login. Really destroys the whole experience in my opinion.
I love this game in tabletop and was excited to see it available here, however it will not let me play online so I never get to have an opponent. I wrote to developers who never cared to answer. Can't rate it well if even the developers don't care about it.
Some parts of the rule are in German despite choosing English as the main language. It's a single player game with online leader boards. Also saw an ad for one of their other game when accessing the rule page, and didn't see any button to close that pop-up.
I mean the game works, but you don't even play against an AI player, you're just playing against yourself and that's not very fun.
Great game, but why only single player??
If you don't know how to play this game do not purchase the app, the rules explanations are really bad. The game itself is very good, but if you enjoy the game most likely you won't pay again to play it on your phone, and if you want extra challenges you need to pay more... I regret having purchased this.
Game is much funner in person. App is disappointing, no pass and play, online or even number of player settings. Needs an undo button. The dice rolls don't seem random. If any of the features mentioned above were included the app would likely be worth the money. As it is now, I wouldn't buy again and wouldn't recommend.
