I cannot get my data to sync from my watch.
Jube 2026 - App doesn't load and takes multiple attempts to open. This started after Android update last week. Something is definitely wrong on the back end as it worked seamless before the update. Please fix because this is miserable.
App has worked so well for years and as of a few days ago I have to reconnect my watch from scratch to get it to sync. This part of the ecosystem needs to 'just work'. Update: syncs some days not others. Quitting the app, clearing cache, and then opening the app to manually sync seems to work.
New update is awful, the home screen is totally changed and unused friendly. bring back the old home screen please :'(
Since this latest update I cannot create "smart wake alarms" for my index sleep monitor. I also cannot enable any alarms already created. I need to delete and recreate the alarm.
Cool but hard to navigate. missing a bunch of common exercises. UI is bad as editing exercises afterwards is tedious and frustrating. There is a ton of info between the watch and the app but finding things can be difficult. An example is max heart rate and heart rate zones. my watch has it under settings>heart rate> heart rate and power. Instead of being under the heart rate settings on the app, it's under your device profile. Now try to find the 1 rep max screen on this app. It exists.
I have used this app for years with my fenix watch. Now, it constantly makes me reinstall the app every time I want to sync it to my phone or tablet. Last week it worked great. Now it's back to making me reinstall. It goes back and forth.
I just updated the app and it doesn't let me create workouts. He tells me that he has a bug and he is constantly closing.
very messy app to display very little actual facts to make it look like it does more than it actually does. most is nonsense and will only be somewhat accurate if you manually tell it what it should show, and even then it fails. very unhelpful app. it's a shame that i paid so much for a watch that basically just tells me the time. i could have paid with peanuts for a watch that same without lying about other info it supposedly has
Paid hundreds for a Garmin watch only for this app to bombard me with ads to buy Garmin Connect+ subscription and other garmin products - I thought I was buying the complete product off the shelf, apparently not as they're moving to a SaaS model. They have a Metric option but it doesnt include kilojoules - why? Feel like I wasted my money on this watch. I certainly won't be getting another Garmin after mine dies.

My Fenix 5S hasn't been able to sync an activity for months? years? It connects to my phone, the app sees the watch, I hit refresh to sync and it just does nothing even though there are activities on the watch.
Will not let me take a screen shot of my information on MY phone. Deleted and will now never use. Returning this GPSMAP 65s and will seek another gps device.

every single switch that is off in the app can't be toggled on. I can turn the switch off, but then can't turn it back on. this really limits the usability.
The app doesn't let me go any further than the date and time and keep telling me the information I put in is not working, it keeps telling me the dates are invalid...any ideas
Moving away from Garmin connect as it's outdated, the AI is severely lacking. and they've raised their prices so much on their devices and now charging a subscription fee and I've spent over five grand in devices. I'm going a different route. Been a great 15 years but time to move on. There's much better alternatives now.

Please add something to track when we have weighted vest on for runs or are taking a ruck march. that will quickly jump up my review score. my entire race predictor and other data is skewed because connect thinks my 10 mile rucks are 10 mile runs. also,the hr "max" number is confusing. why not show the average low and the average high then the overall average? app never knows when im napping either.

I just came back from a run and I ran 2 rounds instead of 3 in my neighborhood and it somehow recorded me running 2 rounds. I don't know how my watch recorded my run so inaccurately like what do you mean my pace is 10:23 min/km when my actual pace is around 6 min/km. This really messed my run and prevents me from reaching my PR (personal record). PLEASE fix this issue or I'm gonna start recording my runs in NRC instead. Thank you.
No way to disable the "find my phone" feature on my vívosmart 5. One time, this feature randomly activated for me without me touching the watch. What it does is it plays an ear piercingly loud alarm on your phone which ignores all silent/mute or volume settings and the only way it can be turned off is via unlocking your phone and pressing a button in the app. Imagine if that happened in public. I'd like to see an option to turn this off.
It's my third Garmin and I don't know whether it's the watch or the app, but I'm quite disappointed. The app is giving notifications with a delay (emails mostly). It's missing the steps that I'm certain I had a day before and I've just lost the longest streak.
