it's a decent app. but over the last year or so they have added a whole host of useless features and doubled the cost of ownership.
This application is terrible. I have been using it for over a year, and it crashes frequently. As a result, I often lose information and have to re-enter and regenerate certificates repeatedly, which costs me both time and money. Despite submitting multiple bug reports, the errors persist. No matter how many times I reinstall the app or clear the cache, it continues to crash, stutter, slow down, and lose data.
The free trial ended and I received notification so I could cancel. I looked up how to cancel it as there were no subscriptions set up on my Google accounts to cancel. The result said to close the gas app delete account within the app. I deleted it. The following day there was a charge for the subscription from my bank account. Basically the subscription was not there to be able to cancel on the 13th. It appeared on 14th and charged me at the same time. I have now paid but have no account.

Utter rubbish and time wasting now. Deleted and I will be looking for a better app. Edited, So you don't want any free users. It's purely just greed.

Definitely deleting after many years of using for manuals only. Or for 12.99 a month you can buy pads. Just a thought

Greedy greedy greedy these app owners !! This app never had exclusive you couldn't find elsewhere.... but what use to make this app decent ....was the contributions and vibe from community of the people who used it. Can tell by the comments buy the owners, replying to the bad reviews.....they don't care. There are lots of ways to make money through apps rather than punish the hard working tradesmen!! SHAME ON YOU !!
Used to be good when it was free, not worth the subscription in my opinion, more corporate greed.
Wasn't a great app when it was free. Now, when it's premium, it's become useless.
1 star. Tried to get into the office section so I may be able to save all my docs but the app has gone 'paid premium' now. So no longer can access my customer information. Will not recommend. UPDATE : in response to the developer reply, 2 weeks notice (notified on 13th January) is not enough time to manually go into each record and download each file, time is money.. This new premium update could have been planned better such as allowing us to export and offload all files off the Gas App.

Absolutely disgusting. We were told advertisement in being introduced to keep the app free. Now is payment and advertisement. Until a new app comes through

This used to be free, but now you get 10 seconds of ads when you open it or you have to subscribe.
I have the app for some years now an recently i start getting adds, i know is free now but at the time i have paid for the app.

Had the app for 3 years now, can't fault it a world of information!
Worked really well and couldn't fault it , but now the update and having to input your gas license number, it takes to long before I get a response with the access number
Was helpful and useful especially for gas rate. Become unusable with the amount of ads and lengths of ads. I just wanna gas rate not watch a 30second long advert. Had to download another app as it's become unbearable! I understand you wanna plug the pro version but not EVERY time I open the app!!
Really gone downhill since all the adverts put in.... Rather use other apps now to get the information which is a real shame
Keeps locking and you cannot go back on forms when viewing forms all since it is a paid app now it is not value for money.
This app was excellent when it was free . And obviously they had the adverts from major companies funding the app .Then they started with the 10second videos which is fine as it was free .Then low and behold someone obviously got greedy and wanted the advert money and video advertising money.plus £9.99 a month from the gas engineers aswell after they're hooked with all their customers on the system.It's hard to want to pay for something when it was free to use when it was funded by advertising .
