I didn't realize when purchasing I would have to purchase the internet service for each individual device. I only purchased two so I sucked it up and paid the almost $200.00 each for the yearly service on each device a month ago. Today, my card was charged another fee for a yearly service of almost $200.00 by this company as if I have a third camera! Definitely watch your cards when you purchase the service with them!

it's been a week since the gazing app just totally crashes on my phone. the new update did not help anything. I reinstalled it 6 times and still nada.

Wouldn't scan the QR code for the camera, now the app won't even open. Seems the recent update killed the app completely.

absolutely absurd waste of time! never could get the app to open up, I'm just so glad I didn't pay a subscription. what a joke, don't waste your money or your time it's not worth it! throwing the camera away, that's how useless it is!

After reading the reviews about app glitches, camera problems, credit cards being charged multiple times, no customer service seems like a scam and I wonder if positive reviews are fake. BEWARE! I obtained a refund from Temu and will put the camera up so hoping it'll be a deterrent for vandalism or theft.
scam... stopped app and they continued to bill my account, when they couldn't bill the account I started app somehow they found my other account and billed it. this is after I closed app and cancelled
It's not a good service and they will charge your card when they feel the need to do so receive no email pertaining to the bill. I wouldn't recommend.
when i ordered the trail cam no where did it say i had to pay for a subscription.
They won't let you do anything without trying to may you subscribe and the subscription price after a month is outrageous no way I'm paying $70 a month for additional storage and stuff.
Very poor, service will go out, if you uninstall and re install, will charge again. I was paying the $19.99 +tax. but they charged me $106.99 + and continued monthly. sent me a message was pausing in June.
camera shows a view not belonging to me like almost generic

too expensive. turns itself off. misses absolutely everything. Definitely NOT worth the money.
The app starts GREAT during the trial time. After the subscription, it becomes very sketchy and customer service is the same. You can get a good view in real time but as far as play back or etc that opportunity fades. Maybe I should go back and view my subscription plan because obviously I'm not paying enough for the features 🙃
terrible Danny and Alice keep repeating the same thing I paid 21 dollars for 5 days of service amd they want me to cancel the subscription and still not give me my money back and there's no real customer service to actually talk to do not get this camera or app!!!
do not buy this camera paid too get it working then tryed too take another payment next day and every day since not even worth 1 star
soooo slow 🦥 if I related on this for any type of security I would have gotten hurt or they could have taken vehicles or stolen everything from me by the time I seen what's going on can't even see people coming the whole point of the security is that you rely on video footage to actually notify you that there's someone outside that don't work 😵💫👎 don't waste your time with this app unless they upgrade app to be faster then it is
He had to pay for membership and as of now won't let me add more than 1 to a membership
there's no sensitivity adjustment and the advice of tech support is ....just move it somewhere with no bugs/rain....

Though it free when I got cameras that what the ad said but they lied about not needing to buy a service to use them I'm going to send my back today everyone should.
no way to sign up for the 6th month or annual plan. get any other camera.

Complete waste of money. 19.99/month per device? are you completely out of your mind. The customer service is slow or unresponsive. If you use the chat feature you are not even talking to a human being. Wish I never bought these cameras.
camera will not detect motion or send alerts for days at a time. can find no contact information even in the app. and requires a subscription.
can't get the damned thing to work
I was charged 5 times on April 25th when I had already paid on the 23rd for 30 day subscription. Not ok and this needs to be fixed. I contacted them and waiting on return email. I better have a favorable resolution soon. signed - Angry Subscriber grrrrr

these cameras are horrible 😫 poor quality i having constant issues and each camera is $20 a month if a person or animal or car goes by camera to much in few minutes it shuts motion detection off which is not good in my case makes me feel unsafe ive complained many times over and over and customer service told me to just move my camera I wasnt trying to leave a bad review but nothing else is being offered to resolve problem and I waited DAYS for t customer service to even respond to me
ive paid the subscription fee twice and have not been able to veiw the camera its i want a refund for both of the subscriptions i was charged for i reached out to support on the app but they stopped responding
A complete waste of money. I have 2 cameras, and they are ususeless without paying a subscription of 19 a month for each camera. Canceled after the 3 day trial. it is very slow to capture and watch the videos.
No free options at all.

This camera is great of your looking for a device to use away from your home and have to pay for the camera to have 4G to be anker to view the camera from anywhere in the world, but at a cost of about $29 per month! It doesn't allow you to use your home wifi to view the camera.... very disappointing because it's a nice camera of it's able to be use without paying for the 4G capability.
