camera will not detect motion or send alerts for days at a time. can find no contact information even in the app. and requires a subscription.
can't get the damned thing to work
I was charged 5 times on April 25th when I had already paid on the 23rd for 30 day subscription. Not ok and this needs to be fixed. I contacted them and waiting on return email. I better have a favorable resolution soon. signed - Angry Subscriber grrrrr

these cameras are horrible 😫 poor quality i having constant issues and each camera is $20 a month if a person or animal or car goes by camera to much in few minutes it shuts motion detection off which is not good in my case makes me feel unsafe ive complained many times over and over and customer service told me to just move my camera I wasnt trying to leave a bad review but nothing else is being offered to resolve problem and I waited DAYS for t customer service to even respond to me
ive paid the subscription fee twice and have not been able to veiw the camera its i want a refund for both of the subscriptions i was charged for i reached out to support on the app but they stopped responding
A complete waste of money. I have 2 cameras, and they are ususeless without paying a subscription of 19 a month for each camera. Canceled after the 3 day trial. it is very slow to capture and watch the videos.

This camera is great of your looking for a device to use away from your home and have to pay for the camera to have 4G to be anker to view the camera from anywhere in the world, but at a cost of about $29 per month! It doesn't allow you to use your home wifi to view the camera.... very disappointing because it's a nice camera of it's able to be use without paying for the 4G capability.

This is just a rip off £19.99 a month is a joke and the sad thing is you won't see the reviews until you've spent your money on the Camera . its a real pity as the camera seams quite good and nicely made . something else just made to fill the landfill through extremely poor sales information. I can guarantee if people knew the app cost they would NOT buy the camera . UNSTALLED and put the camera in the electrical recycling.
bought two cameras, neither had the proper mounting parts. Asked to have them replaced or replace the cameras. Nothing. The app gives you the ability to speak with customer service but I tried for two months to speak with someone. no one answered. one camera still works, 2nd camera crapped out after 2 mths use
forces a subscription to use a camera you already bought without knowing this.

Once again, your app is not working!!!!!!!!!! Do not waste your time or money on this. send your Camara's back if you got them from temu. get a Camara off of Amazon instead. And it's hell to get your subscription canceled. they are charging 22.00 a month PER Camara. and half the time, it just sits there spinning instead of actually loading your recorded video..

This is the worst app and provider service. There no CS contact and there will give you a 3 day trial and charge for the trial
yea I bought camera and it said you didn't have to pay subscription. it lied. better off paying camera off Amazon. I will just throw it away no use keep it if you can't use it. I was a suckered in there fake products
They turn off your camera if you don't buy there subscription.Even when you already have your own unlimited wifi and hot spot.Its scams.Dont go for it.
Got two trails cams, had to subscribe to monitor and they will automatically draft from my card. there's no way to find customer support to cancel the service.

I don't mind commercials but this app isn't giving me the choice and subscription is over $20 a month so I thought I would try free 3 day trail...that didn't even work wouldn't let me see video..kept popping up subscription window..I would have never bought the camera if I knew it was going to be this money hungry..do better false advertising
Just got 3 of these on TEMU. Adding the APP was a horrible experience. Once loaded no link to get the required subscription. Camera's wouldn't connect to the 4G system. They only take videos which is useless to me. Was going to use them as trl cams. The only thing I got out of these is 3 solar panels I can use. Throwing the cameras away! Cost too much to send them back. Customer service is non existent!! DON'T GET THEM! They are useless!!

I don't recommend the cameras suck, one will record and the other two won't pick up anything. good luck getting help if there's a problem because I've been trying to get help with paying for two separate subscriptions and them turning on access to not only the wrong camera but they stacked the two separate payments onto the wrong camera and can't get anyone to help what so ever.

y'all said nothing about subscription on TUMU now I can't access everything because I don't have a subscription when you advertise a camera on tumu you need to tell people that they have to subscribe and pay a monthly fee for not just one app but two apps because that's entrapment it's against the law it's false advertisement as well shame on you

the company lied about live view you have to pay 20 a month now. the camera freeze or want work at all I'm switching to roku cameras it's cheaper.
first thing, scanned successfully and then you sent me from Google play back to loading image and then right back to Google play and wants a review before I am able to see if you can do anything for me on your end when I have to pay first thing, I should be able to at least see the camera working on my phone and I am not able to do so by just following the setup and instructions manual given in the box. so I just drilled into my house and put the camera up high so I have good views and then....

I order these cameras they never came in the mail and I try to ask for my refund they don't even want to deal with me they rejected my refund and I'm stuck with nothing and I know there's a lot of bad reviews on this camera so I don't know what's going on but I need my money or not I'm going to take him to court so don't let you guys sell let these people get to you because they don't even do nothing about it whether or not you receive it or not it don't matter to them bad service thieves

they claim different cloud plans available. only 20$/month available! And there is NO customer service. I'm stuck with a useless camera.
Slow and frustrating. Don't buy a camera is that uses this app! If someone steals the camera the videos go with the camera. IT'S CLUNKY EXPENSIVE $20 A MONTH AND SUPER SLOW! AND MUCH OF IT IS IN CHINESE! ALFRED NORA or Any app that pushes the video to you before it gets deleted or puts it on the cloud is better. All u can see is a thumbnail unless the camera is turned on and not busy! . There are many videos on the cam but u can only DL the video of it when the camera isn't busy. Ripoff...
