camera doesnnot work from my phone samsung

can't view the web view in mobile last 3 days worst application worst service

it's very legi software, labour work properly, always consume my very important time. I am very disappointed

cannot preview with time. plz solve this feature

Lull app

Can't play play back or cloud storage. very basic app, atleast update it..i don't like this interface and everytime I need to click on 16 cam to view it one by one..no playback on this app very poor

Every time there is a power failure, the device's date and time reset to the default value (2000-01-01). There is no option to synchronize the time remotely through the app, which means someone must physically access the DVR to correct the date and time settings after each power outage. This creates unnecessary operational effort and can affect the accuracy of recorded footage and event logs.Recommendation: Please add a time-sync feature in the CP Plus app so users can synchronize the DVR time

bad experience

The only good thing about the App is that it works. Otherwise, the UI is bad, the navigation is poor. one of the must have features that is required for a camera surveillance app is it should have a at a glance mode. I hope the team comes up with better UI and better navigation and bug free experience.

bad app on use basis

It buffers a lot in the live view, more often than not it fails to load the video. Utterly frustrated & dissatisfied with your technical features. I also have hik-connect for hikvision, which doesn't buffer. other than that, it's fine, but the core purpose is not served.
