horrible experience trying to use in capital city and without warning the Scooters stopped on a trail for bikes and scooters. the app said it was a dead zone but didn't warn us. they arevery heavy to push back up the hill and late for our meeting.

In Vietnam, it's at least 2-3 times more expensive than a bike taxi. Exactly as "green" as an electric bike taxi. No reason to use it.

자전거 관리를 어찌나 안하는지 세번을 갈아탔는데 다 고장나있음. 거치대 달랑거려서 타는내내 시끄럽길래 다음걸로 갈아타고 갈아타고... 전기 작동도 안되는거였지만 또 갈아타기엔 시간이 없어서 쌩으로 밟아서 탐 그래놓고 5분이상 탔다고 환불도 안해주고 몇백원만 크레딧으로 반환? 장난하나 갈아탈 것 보일때까지만 쪽팔립을 무릅쓰고 거치대 끌려 깡깡 소리나는거 무시하고 달렸고 자전거 찾은 후 바로 갈아탔다고 말씀드렸는데...ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 진짜 어이도 없고 시간은 시간대로 버리고 기분도 망치고 사후처리도 최악. 상담체계도 엉망임 전기 작동 안되던건은 시간 상관없이 환불해줬으면서 거치대 달랑거렸던건 5분이상 탔다고 안해주고 앱 오류도 심해서 문의글 남기기도 힘들었는데 더이상 말붙이기 정떨어진다 면허증 확인 시스템도 일부로 안갖춰두어 경찰들 개고생시키고 어린목숨들 앗아가는곳. 돈많이들 버세요 진짜로ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

they deduct more money for short distance ride, very very bad service
last Friday's been going for $80 90 minutes and it's stuck and won't move it and the battery wouldn't it wouldn't move it was only going like 6 mph even though I was saying 1314 it wasn't even going over
Complete scam!!!!! It charged my bank account, but gave no credits.
What is the point of using a GCOO bicycle anymore? Just six months ago, the speed limit was 25 km/h. Now it has been cut in half to 13 km/h. Why? Someone from the company needs to contact me and explain why the bicycles are now so much slower. Is it because a few people complained that the bikes were too fast and dangerous? If so, the problem is not the bicycles-it is pedestrians wearing earphones and staring at their phones while walking in the road.

they say you get a discount if your on any kind of disability or any kind of assistance my very first time I tried riding I put $5.00 on the app I tried to ride couldn't get the scooter to move and they still charged the whole 5 dollars in deleted this app bought my own scooter
they take money upfront and then wont let you ride.

Great ride, Garbage App. - bought a single 30 min pass, but was charged for two. - not even able to use the passes I was charged for, and can't speak with customer service as their hours are south Korea busniess hours - the phone holder is too small for larger phones so can't use it with GPS - not able to remove my credit card from the account which is beyond awful. DO NOT USE THESE SCOOTERS!!!! I will be reporting these charges as scams for a charge back.
What a pile of junk...and a miles long bike path is in a red zone?
$12 dollar fee to park it. No warning about that when I started it. Next time I'll just drive. Easier and CHEAPER
The app charged my card when i didnt request to use it. And i dont know why this app charges you just to add your card like i find it kinda unnecessary.

Awful experience. Incredibly expensive! I rode with my sister, she took a Lime scooter and I took the GCOO one. While she paid 9 dollars, I paid 19! For the same distance and time.
Worst parking experience ever amd I will never use this app again. Everywhere is forbidden and it threats me to fine me.

Garbage. If you add a credit card as payment method, it won't let you remove it arguing that you need a default payment method. Still, I want to remove this card but they not allowing me. Unrespectful and rude from their side to not to allow to delete cards information. Security wise, also very risky as your card info is to be stored in their systems for eternity. Please, make it possible to remove cards.
The only scooter service in my area and the app won't send a verification code and the support won't even help out.

Absolutely garbage. I walked up and search a scooter for a 30 minutes. Because hotels just placing scooters inside their buildings. No helmets on the scooters at all, helmets are stealed. Finally, after 30 minutes of searching I picked up my scooter and started my ride. After I entered restricted area scooter permanently blocked, I leave this area and after that scooter still locked I tried to end up my ride, to pick up scooter again. BUT IT DISAPPEAR FROM MAP. RENT BIKE INSTEAD THIS APP. 0/10

Same old rip off different scooter company name. Too many Restricted zones in los angeles. Slow scooters .50c a minute is a rip off when arriving at red lights. This service sucks
The scooter is so slow 14 miles an hour, Link is 100% better I can feelbthe different this company GCOO is trash!
Tried using the app, but it keeps asking for necessary permissions. I gave it every possible permission my phone will allow and it still kept asking for permission.

I was exclusively using these scooters until they started making me pay in chunks rather than by ride cost. Now I avoid these scooters unfortunately.
Costs more money per minute to ride this electric bicycle than to hire a grab car with driver!! The map would not work while in use and i couldn't find a designated place to park it. Something deeply wrong with those economics. It's basically a tourist trap. 90% of their scooters are never in use they're just sitting around wasting space. Hard to understand how this service survives.

At least I was able to start, unlike bird. But I ended up having to push it with my foot because it did not warn me where I could not drive until I got there and then I was downhill and couldn't get uphill cuz I certainly wasn't going to be pushing it up the hill.
