I'm trying to postpone my insurance payment and I can't talk to a live person And this is not easy , I need the phone number to talk to somebody
glitch city. can't log in half the time, the other half of the time it will let me log in but will never load.
I keep getting stuck on the loading screen when starting the app. App is useless if you can't even open it.

I have reset my app twice today and it still is telling me my credentials are wrong. login on the website, no issue.
Using phone to have to do business with is hard for us older generation. Feel you want our money but you make it hard for us to have our ID Cards.

Horrible time with Geico Apps for years now. Highly disappointing. Influences me to change insurance companies. Difficult and doesn't allow features that should be accessible. Help options do not assist issues needing help. Delays instead of immediate transactions. Not accessible 24/7.

Shouldn't being logged into my home wifi network be an indication that I'm not driving? There's definitely got to be a better way of figuring out if I'm taking a trip than pinging GPS all the time...

I can never get this app to work. every time I start to navigate it goes back to the home page. forget trying to make payments. this app sucks so bad I want to drop Geico
just like every other scumbag insurance company these scam artists raise the price without informing you. Dont recommend
This app is a hassle, but its not easy to reach a rep anymore. the customer service has gone downhill. I always have to relogin and verify to use the app. it's also not been very helpful in restarting my insurance. After getting a missed payment covered, I had to start over and it seems lost longevity. no one called or texted me to inform me of any issues and due to my health, I was not able to keep up with the mail. this app is not working well or making things easier.
Everytime I open this app it needs to update even though I have my apps on auto update at night. Additionally, everytime I login, it kicks my wife off her account. We have seperate logins but I guess geico has our accounts tied. The app constantly has me enter my username and password even though I have it set to remember this device. Overall, I have to ensure I keep a hard copy of my current insurance in my glove box. The app is anything but convenient
the chat button never lets me actually type or access the chat. never able to reach an agent via chat or given an email to message.
App is terrible on my Galaxy Fold 7. Can not currently access the claims dashboard.
It freezes and kicks me out constantly and I am never able to complete the intended task.
did you know that after your family has a few accidents over a period of years, GEICO will mark them uninsurable and block them from family policy? this company tracks everything. I just need GEICO to be there when needed. Along with flock cameras
The slowest app I've ever seen in my life. Also Geico is one of the biggest scammers.
First. The app itself is a decent app to use. If you are going to make us use 2 factor authentication to log in every freaking time, quit using "Zeros" and the letter "O" because your text notifications are not the best built for copying the code to enter in on the app. Really ready to drop Geico for this reason only. ** You have to make the passcode you send in the text able to be copied **Listen to your customers. Enough with 2 factor logins if your moron devs can't make them copy ready

complete violation of your personal space even when I'm laying down constantly checking up on me they offer a discount at the exchange of legit spying on you and what's even more sad and obvious when your actually driving it don't say NOTHING but yet the entire rest of your day they watching u ...... zero stars hands down no questions asked.
This app makes is incredibly annoying and difficult to change your address and or replace your vehicle everything else has been pretty useful and fair
I have literally had insurance through this company of and on for decades. By this I mean as of the last decade or so I have to keep switching between two insurance companies to get the lowest cost. I have not had any accidents, tickets, dui's etc.. in decades. It seems the only way to truly get the best price is to keep switching carriers. My last cycle was under $600 for six months, however the renewal just came up and has gone up about $75 for six months. I am Taking it to just about $675.
don't use them anymore
First issue. This app drains my phone battery. Second Issue. I will go on a trip not touching my phone only using my steering wheel to change music or answer a call and the app reports that I was holding my phone on every trip. For my husband's phone to open the app, the app will send my phone a code every time. Obviously this is a problem since we are not always together. But in general the app doesn't work on his phone at all it won't acknowledge he's been driving. I believe this app is a scam

I just uninstalled and reinstalled, set everything as instructed and I'm still getting these notifications.
4-25-26: When I tap into the message area for the AI Assistant, my keyboard pops up for a second and then disappears. I can not type a message to the AI Assistant. 4-24-25: I turned off all notifications because the app keeps notifying me about needing to get DriveEasy back on track, but there's nothing wrong with the DriveEasy settings.
