This is an ap. that serves no one. won't take payments or provide proof of ins. worthless. Much easier to just call and talk to that computer, It's smarter than the stupid ap. spent nearly 30Minutes just trying to pay my bill. aasaaaah. frowns frowns face.

So you're saying your recent update, "Oh, don't mind us, we're just coding around to make things better for you"-are you kidding me?! How are you making things any better when it's just as worse as before the update? This is a habit now:1. I click on the amount due in the app. 2. I receive a page saying "Accepted. Confirmation has been sent to your email." 3. You give me a "Thank you." But I keep checking my transactions on my debit card and no money has been taken, and no confirmation sent. 👎
wife couldn't share our proof card to my phone without it also having the app. scam tactics
forcing me to update while im out is ridiculous. app is set to dl over wifi but im not home. 1 star for forcing this. otherwise havent had issues i just wanted to look at it right now.

Simply does not work. 'System error, we are having technical difficulties and can't complete this request' for a month straight.
would not recommend they don't cover when car accident when hit by someone else

your driving score is counted against you in a parked not moving car, then they want to increase your insurance for it. then I report it as incorrect and they say there's nothing they can do? absolute scam. literally rather do any other insurance company than this place. I canceled my policy through the AI chat bot they offer in the app, I get charged anyway dor renters, then try to get a rep and even though its office hours theres no reps available. screw you.
Cannot login to website. Everything times out. Can't change information after put in. Website tree is worse than useless

They're just like every other insurance company. Raising prices for there own benefit. GO TO PROGRESSIVE THEY HAVE BETTER QUOTES AND POLICIES.
app is unusable the majority of the time good rates just Terrible.apo I can never even open it to the point my policy has been cancelled because I can upload anything to the app or website

Awful app. Can't login. stuck in sending a security code loop. App refuses to move beyond that point. it has now been 3 years of this. no answers from geico. Just same old solutions that don't work. my credentials are good, my connection is stable, my account isn't blocked, and my app is up to date.
I updated the app and now it doesn't recognize either my username, email address, or policy number. This makes the GEICO app useless. Even when I try to update the password, it doesn't recognize any of my information.
Finally switched. Got Progressive. it's a fraction of what Geico was charging us. Their App is great !!! One of my least favorite apps. What kind of a company keeps making it harder to pay a bill? I can't randomly pay either. I like to pay ahead of time and get ahead of my bills. Can't do that with this app. They keep changing it and actually making it worse instead of better. Update:Absolutely made it worse. I didn't think that was possible but the update is WORSE!
Pretty lousy app. Get dinged for using my phone AFTER I get home, when I'm clearly walking in the driveway. Also had hard braking in my basement somehow. Dinged for hard cornering, but doesn't show where/when.
app won't let me create an account no matter how many times I try to enter my email or pnone it says that it doesn't recognized me
app was fine for years, but when I tried to pay a couple days ago, it did not go through despite going through all of the same steps. when i tried to fix that, the app stopped loading every single time i tried to load it. hopefully that means I don't have to pay, since i physically cannot

I had this app for years but today I updated and now is not working I try to remove and reinstall and won't Install.
every time i attempt to log into this app, i have to go through the forgot your password, and still have to call. stop updating this app with garbage.

Good at fixing bugs and have done well in the past. Here's the latest issue... It takes SO MANY steps to change who they're driver is. It didn't used to do that. My boyfriend is a professional truck driver. I'm rarely driving in my car anymore. To go back and change all those trips is so cumbersome and time consuming that I can't keep up and my score dropped around 10 points. I have to pay more now when I rarely drive my car. Go back to easier steps, please!!!
The main thing that I don't like is that it never remembers my login info, even when I checked the save box, it will always log me out after a few days which is ridiculous. Now it's been running in the background consistently, which drains my battery, even when I'm not driving and gets tedious having to force it to stop running in the background.
