the platform is not allowing online payments after all troubleshooting steps in the site and the support. cannot recommend it!

The advertised prices in certain regions never match the real ones once you select your dates (discounted or not). Customer support team has been unhelpful for the past few occasions. I definitely don't recommend it outside of Europe.

Do not book through them. They are a scam. Booked a tour, they messaged a week before saying the time didn't work and to reschedule. We rescheduled, only for them to say they didn't have anymore tickets and we could reschedule the following day. We got a refund through PayPal but I will never use them again. The same day and time they said they couldn't get tickets for, Viator got us a tickets within an hour. Use Viator, not these crooks.

They are only third party. Better to book from locals. U cant reach them, nor can u reach out to Drivers directly or even get numbers. Totally useless

they either can't do simple math or it's a big con, ( the latter ), find an excursion for example £11, entre how many people ( 2 ) £22 right, no, anything between £68 and £118, don't bother downloading

fraud app they make people to download there aap with money one of the biggest fraud app

terrible service from so called customer service .....wood highley recommended using a different app for sure

we used this app for several trips in Spain and each tour had the worst guides ever. I've never met so many guides that hate their job. They were all middle aged men with no passion for tourism.

we had the aqua waterpark in carrajelo booked for friday the 1st of may. I conacted you guys to see could we reschedule to sunday the 3rd of may . As i explained to your colleague that my 2 boys got bad sunburn this afternoon . we were not asking for a refund just a rescheduling. But i was informed that that was not an option as we should of cancelled before 10.30 this morning. Which clearly was out of our control . We have 2 very dissapointed boys right now . We are heading home to ireland soo

beware - some venues offer better prices at the ticket office. so don't buy before you get to the venue.
