Absolutely bad experience, late delivery, damaged packaging, missing product and instead of 100 ml product, 30 ml product was delivered. Other apps have a return option, but this app doesn't have that either. You have to mail it, and there's no proper way to do that. I ordered for the first time on this app and this is the last one. I will also advise others not to use this app, it is a fraud app.
I will not Recommend this App to Order anything Guys This is Indirectly Fraud App Their Management is Not really Well On 12th November I Ordered a Tan Removing 3 Soaps costing 500 something, & I have Paid them Online but after 6 Months I still didn't received anything I have sended them many Email's but there are No any response from them So My Suggestion is If you order anything from this app then don't forget to get Cash On Delivery. Otherwise you will get Fooled by them

Ordered a pack of 3 soaps but received only 1. Contacted support multiple times and received only an automated response with a ticket number. It has been over a week with no resolution. Poor customer service and no accountability. Would not recommend.

service is very slow , third class service i order 4 days ago many items and there is nothing progress in my order. i paid my all products amount and i didnt recieved a single update of my order in 4 days.
I don't like this app Even though it has been 20 days since I placed the order, they still haven't delivered it to me. Furthermore, I have already paid for the order this not safe app not delivery app They steal money.

I am unsure about the quality of the soap itself; however, my experience with your service has been very disappointing. I placed an order on 24th April 2026, and as of 1st May 2026, the order has still not been shipped. The status continues to show as “Order Placed.” Additionally, when I attempted to contact your customer support team, I did not receive a satisfactory or timely response. This lack of communication and delay is concerning.

pathetic service, don't pay first, they don't deliver orders on time, also there is no support from their customer team. it's been almost 11 days, still products are not dispatched & don't know when it will be, additionally more 13 days for delivery. it's just advertising apart from that no real responsibility they take towards customers

main Ghar soaps ko one rating de raha hun. isliye nahin kyon ki product mein koi problem hai kyunki Maine inke product use nahin kiye Hain. mujhe inke customer care service se problem hai. pahle to mujhe mere product ke bare mein koi details nahin Mili. aur jab unke delivery boy ne mujhe call kiya to uska call system se already block tha To mere pass call aaya hi nahin. aur unhone order return kar liya. Maine customer service se sampark karne ki bahut bar koshish ki per koi fayda nahin hua.
The first order was placed on April 20th, and payment for it was made via UPI; however, no status updates are currently visible for that order. Subsequently, a second order was placed on April 26th, for which the Cash on Delivery option was selected; this order has already been packed and currently shows as "On the Way." How exactly are customers supposed to interpret this situation?

I order some products from this and paid my money but they cancelled my order automatically after 2 weeks without any refund. I am asking its team to return my money or I'll go to the consumer court.
These people are scammers i have placed an order on march 4th and it is still not delivered tracking id shows pickup exception. i have tried everything to contact them but they always gives the same response and nothing happens only bots respond to you. you can't even talk to a real person on their customer service.
I used a facewash that ruined my face, and now I ordered a soap which feels like a duplicate because when I ordered from Flipkart earlier, that soap didn't produce lather, but the one I got now from their app does. Whereas in their videos and ads they claim that tan will disappear, but nothing like that happens.
