payment issues
As of now I am so frustrated because of my delayed delivery as I have been waiting for this since 26th April and there is no update from GIVA it is only showing one location in tracking since long day so for me this is a disgusting app 👎👎👎
Worst experience! App showed same day delivery but changed to 14th May after ordering. Reordered, paid ₹2,038 via UPI - order got stuck in "Payment Pending" and disappeared from history! Customer care is just an AI bot, no real help. Ruined my Mother's Day gift plan. Still waiting for refund!

they are not taking warranty of jewellery purchased from third party like blinkit amazon etc,
I am using the app for a week or two I have saved some of the jewellery in the wishlist and in the cart then they kept calling you me like twice a day today this is not at all appreciate it iam giving one star just because of the calls
worst customer support ever, they couldn't deliver the product I ordered and then refund me the money back with deduction after a month.
I’ve been trying to update the application since yesterday, but it isn’t working. Even when it does open, it keeps showing “loading.” Now the app won’t open at all. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it twice and also cleared the cache, but the issue is still the same.
Delayed Delivery, product not received yet. be careful with online orders. will update the review ones I receive the product. UPDATE 1- connecting to customer care takes so much time and effort. and ones connected, they are not able to do anything to help. we can't cancel the order as well. NO CANCELLATION POLICY EVEN IF THEY MESSED UP THE DELIVERY. UPDATE 2- my order was on 26/04 and delivery time was on 30/04 and now even complain multiple times every time 48 hr to resolve no response
very poor, worst or 3rd class service my order is pending last 10 days and they will only suggest me offers and offers everyday but don't deliver my product also going 3days delayed in delivery also and there aplication is also not work properly not showing delivery status, delivery date,no messagess no calls from jiva today is 8th day 🙏🏻 not accepting from giva really I am very disappointed to giva and my big mistake that I am giving product from giva thank you 😡🙏🏻
Not a proper app. Added money in wallet for making an order but now not showing money in wallet and So I am not able to Place order. Disappointed.
Very Bad First experience with GIVA and it's pathetic. Ordered 17 size ring and delivered 11 size that was too of different design.

Really disappointed with my experience with GIVA. Products priced around ₹3k-₹4k don’t match the quality. Mine broke within a month of normal use. Customer service was not helpful and refused to resolve the issue. At this price, local jewellers offer much better durability and service.
negative experience. giva offers promises and loyalty rewards which are fake, as soon as you reach the required amount they would remove the reward. once I even bought an item for 24k and they sent another item for 1.5k instead. no resolution was provided till I made a serious complaint in consumer court. also, even though the item was available they made me choose a flimiser piece and basically told me that this was the only solution they were willing to offer, and kept the balance.

GIVA is an absolute mess. When we call Giva customer support the call wont connect, doesn't matter how many times you re-dial . Entered a wrong mobile number by mistake while creating an order. Order shipped with a third-party courier-and now there’s literally NO way to fix it. No option to edit details, no way to inform the courier, and their customer support calls don’t even connect. How are you running an online business without basic support systems? This is beyond frustrating.

very poor customer service, writing this , please don't shop on this app and from giva. sending poor quality products and cheating us for minting money. they purchase cheap products from other portals and remove and put their mark and sell them at a higher price. very frustrated after purchasing multiple products, i realised it's a scam and loot going on.

worst experience. I ordered 1 silver pendant, it turned black in only 1 Day. I went to the store they told to contact online giva customer care. Online giva customer care centre representative told me he will report in 48 hrs, but it's more than 3 days, still no response. When I again tried to contact giva online customer care, they told me - a new ticket is generated - issue will be resolved in next 48 hrs. Waste of time and money
delevery issues time pa delivery nhi karta roj delay karta hai
This needs to be called out. I purchased a silver coin using a silver gift card. The order was then cancelled by Giva without any prior information or explanation - no warning, no consent, nothing. And it gets worse. Instead of refunding the amount back in a usable way, they pushed it into a wallet that cannot be used to buy silver coins again. So they take my money for a specific product, cancel the order themselves, and then block me from repurchasing the same item with that refund.
