Warning: Giva Jewellery.... Never buy from Giva. Giva Jewellery is the worst place to buy. They don’t disclose any policy or terms while selling. But when you try to return or exchange their own product, they hit you with a 28% deduction. Zero transparency, total rip-off. If u dnt trust me take your jewels and go try to sell back..
No thank you. The silver or gold is not getting presented like the precious metals they are. The jewellery looks like what you'd buy during street shopping for fun. Not worth spending money on cheap looking precious jewellery. It defeats the purpose of purchasing jewellery to wear jewellery. I can just wear cheap accessories if they be looking like cheap street accessories 🤷🏻 Very disappointed to see what I saw during browsing across different categories. Forget making a purchase.

This month also i have ordered it's same situation nobody responding and deliverey parter asli not respond it's the very worst app ,, Nobody is taking care of the customer for orders,, they first show delivery date earlier after that order will delay more days ,, they have given giva support but on that site nobody responds properly. Very disappointed with my experience. I placed an order for a pendant on 24 June, expecting timely delivery, but as of 25 June I have not received any update or delivery. The lack of communication and delay in service is frustrating. I expected much better from GIVA. I hope the team improves its delivery process and customer support. Not recommended based on my experience.
too delicate to use my set was broken on the very first day of wearing it and obviously it cannot be fixed but earlier I was told that you can buy and we will provide you service in case of any broken item...never ever gonna waste my money on giva products

this app is fraud and this people are also fraud they take your money as an order a jewellery they are cheater they just want your money on 10/05/26 I ordered a ring but can't receive till the today it almost 45 days are gone on 19/06/26 I received confirmation of delivery successful of the ring But I didn't receive that they only send your reply on mails complaint like apologies us give us 24-48 another hours etc. but they didn't gave my money return to me I will file the case against you
there's no actual person when you call the customer care service, it's an AI which does not answer properly. if you insist on talking to an actual person they keep you on hold forever, waited for 11 minutes, no one picked the call and they disconnected the call on their own. my order is ready but they are not dispatching it. first it was software glitch, then they can't tell why my spent amount is not equal to the amount shown in my order history, now they are not dispatching my order.
I had placed an order and after the payment is deducted there are no details of my order and whn I checked with the helpline they escalated it to their senior and haven't got any response from them. Atleast if the refund is initiated i could place the order, but no response yet
Very disappointed with Jeeva. First, I ordered a ring in the selected size, but it arrived much smaller than expected. I then ordered a silver bracelet worth around ₹2,499 on 8th June, expected on 10th June, but it still hasn't been delivered. Despite contacting customer support multiple times, I only receive requests to wait 48-72 hours. No product, no refund, and no proper resolution. Poor customer service.

I had the worst experience from giva i requested for a replacement of my order because it was a damaged product and they delayed my request for 3 days and when i called the support centre they said they will help me but later they cancelled my replacement request
Worst product quality. I have purchased from this brand twice-first a rose gold pendant and then a silver ring. Unfortunately, both products started fading and losing their color within just 2-3 months of use. I expected much better durability for the price paid. Now I have no choice but to replace these items. Very disappointed with the quality and would not recommend these products.

Dear GIVA Team, What is going on with my order? My shipment reached Shikrapur on 13th June, the very location where I live, yet your delivery partner has failed to deliver it even after five days. This is completely unacceptable and reflects extremely poor service standards. Frankly, this is one of the worst delivery experiences I have ever had. If a parcel can sit at the destination location for days without being delivered, then there is clearly a serious failure in your delivery system.
This was my first time using this app. I ordered five items and the payment was successful, but my order was not confirmed. Now I have to wait for a refund, which is taking time. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience with GIVA.

I trusted giva blindly but my recent order turned out to be a scam I received an empty package and the product was missing I complained but they told me to wait for their call still no call
Extremely poor service and product quality. I raised a warranty claim because the stone fell off the ring within just two days of use. No one came for the pickup despite repeated requests, and I had to personally visit the showroom to submit the product. It's been over two months, and I still haven't received the product. Customer care is almost impossible to reach, zero accountability and terrible customer support. This has been one of the most frustrating shopping experiences I've ever had.
