my first time using this apps, I order 4 tickets. After I paid, the tickets were not in my apps or in my email. I contacted the call center, and they said if there is problem and my payment will be refunded and they advise me to repurchase again. After I repurchased it again (and paid it of course). The tickets still not there for the second time. I will not use this apps again for sure.

Ik heb er weer eentje gevonden: De app update na enige tijd de route naar nieuwe tijden terwijl ik in de bus zit. Daardoor klopt de de tijd van de overstap halte niet meer(deze is nu verschoven naar de volgende rit) en moet ik opnieuw de rit invoeren maar nu vanaf de overstap halte. En als ik aangeef welke halte ik opstap wil ik ook geen wandeltijd naar die halte zien, al helemaal niet als ik de app geen toestemming geef voor locatiebepaling.
It's such a useless app!! It doesn't show real-time happenings. The bus stops it shows were often times temporary closed but the app doesn't show that. So i was left stranded a lot of times! If a train is canceled, the app doesn't show it, too. I can't trust the connections it shows me at all.
Terrible user experience. I bought a day ticket but it doesn’t appear in “My Tickets.” I only received an email confirmation that payment was taken and instructions to swipe in the app. After swiping I saw a QR code, but it failed every time I scanned it on the bus. The driver let me in, but I had no way to prove I had a valid ticket since nothing is listed in the app. This is very confusing and makes me unsure about future trips. After this experience I will never use this app again.
Irritante app. Perongeluk verkeerde geboortedatum ingevoerd en kan het niet eens veranderen of uitloggen om een nieuwe account te maken. hergeinstalleerd,wil ik een nieuwe account maken. maar nee joh,log me maar automatisch weer in. moet het serieus zo moelijk zijn om een kaartje te kopen????
purchase transactions history is empty, no ticket proofs after the purchase. at the least a pdf ticket generated or the receipt should be sent to the buyer

yeah, sorry, but bus 327 from Tilburg to Breda is just diabolically crowded... fix this connection with more buses please.
More unnecessary bloat you're forced to install to use services. W/ extremely anti-consumer design. Can't even take screenshots to save tickets or save tickets to wallets.
Deze app is heel onduidelijk. Je weet nooit of je met een geldig vervoersbewijs rijdt. Daarnaast biedt de app je niet de goedkoopste optie, zodat je vaak onnodig duur reist.

Does not work
Worst app ever. It Takes forever to scan a QR code in the Arriva bus 🚌 and sometimes it doesn't scan at all. Which is embarrassing when other passengers start staring judging you lmao.
Useless app. At arriva.nl it says I could download this app and buy the ticket for my route without a chipcart. When I enter my route in this useless app it says, that my route is not available for purchase.
Is gewoon de Moovit app in een ander jasje, en dat ding heeft niet gefunctioneerd in de hele maand dat ik het geïnstalleerd heb.
That's a terrible app. Crashing quite a lot, not showing info up to date. And Arriva is a terrible company, cancelling many trains and busses on an extremely short notice, ruining all the plans.
Garbage, often trains just dont show up in the app
Unfortunately navigation using routes for electric scooter, Electric moped and bikes doesn't work at all. Such a shame. One of the biggest things for me as a moped traveller, is knowing when to take a bike path and when to take the road. This app only works when you combine a bike with a train.
You might not receive the tickets you buy via glimble. I never received the tickets and I had to get down from the bus. I bought tickets from the driver in the next bus. Always buy tickets from the driver. All buses accept card too. And Glimble's customer service is also horrible. They didn't even apologize, and when I explained the insult I suffered, the customer service person sent a smiley as well. They found it funny I guess.
Heb deze app een half uur geleden gedownload, vind de vormgeving waardeloos. Maar gelukt om kaartje te kopen. Ik scan de code, moest nog een keer van de chauffeur. 2 haltes later komt ie naar me toe dat mn kaartje schijnbaar al gebruikt was. Hoe dan? Mocht blijven zitten maar voelt echt niet fijn. Zou mooi zijn als je te zien krijgt hoe laat en in welke bus het kaartje gescand is. Als je de verkeerde voor je hebt word je nog de bus uitgezet.

Poor. Can't buy railrunnet ticket. When I add my 5yo child it puts price as for adult.
Update 10-11-2023: Hij laat de trein die over 5 minuten komt niet zien als mogelijke route. Dit is een Arriva trein. De eerste de beste raadpleging stelt dus meteen weer teleur. 5 minuten later wel in deze trein gestapt. Jammer jammer... Veel potentie, weinig usability. Zeer onnauwkeurige app. In tijden dat de Arriva zelf staakt, staat er dat ze gewoon rijden. NS app geeft het juiste aan. Deze kan er dus meteen weer van de telefoon af.
Since yesterday I can't open any of the tickets I buy. Or rather they open and then immediately close. I paid you €200 for a package that is now completely useless.
Great, another app that should be able to do everything as the original arriva and you can't even buy a ticket on a website. No, forcing people to use an extra app for that one time one needs a night train. Well done, your management team is trash Note, the app works well. Dev team is doing well. It's the need to use another app to do what the existing should already do. And no possible to buy on a website to get that same qr code.
Terrible app that it's completely useless, if you live in NL you don't need it. If you're turist there are a lot of better option than this. Not recommended at all.

I need an arriva train for my travel reduction to be applied. Although the app is from arriva, it doesn't recommend an arriva train but only the ns.
Could not buy the correct ticket on Ameland. The search for stops is very bad as it only suggested addresses instead of bus stops, had to click on the map. And why can't I choose a time a little before the trip, so the way by foot does not count as starting time? Also why do I need internet connection to view my ticket? Don't get a confirmation mail or so as backup (pdf)? Also can't do a backup screenshot.Did the developers ever use the app?Try adding passenger and set birthday. Good luck!!!
Oh my goodness, what a garbage of an app. I don't even know where to start, but the most obvious thing is that the user experience is not something they keep in mind. How can it be possible that third party app full of ads works so much better than the official one? You should be ashamed of that development. Sack the project leader and hire someone who has at least a tiny idea on what they are doing.
Paid for a defect ticket
Paid for a ticket from Aachen to Maastricht at 10.20 and when the ticket appeared in the app it was only valid from 12.15. There was no way to amend it.
Arriva forces me to use this terrible app to buy tickets for their night train. It is not even possible to buy two tickets in the same app.
Where to start... 1. The old app, arriva, and glimble give you different information. I take the same bus every day so i know its there...glimble gives no info about that bus (arriva does) and tells me to walk 5 min to another bus station. 2. They gps track the bus and still tell you its not gonna show up ONLY 2 min before its suposed to arrive. 3. The app is not really user friendly and intuitive. Too many clicks to get a simple info. 4. Not enough space to list other issues.

Awful. They showed the wrong information about the bus. The bus never came, I was freezing for 1.5 h. Had to book a taxi. And to top it off, Gimble never paid back me the bust ticket price, which was not cheap as it was intentional.
Scamers i spend 9 euros on a bus and the bus driver said that it had not used i wanted my money back and they give me a voucher after like 1 weak
It is literally impossible to buy a ticket for the routes between Netherlands and Germany through this app. And the website always redirects you to the app.

Bad layout, lots of clicks necessary to finally have your trip show in the app. Even though arrival.nl forces you to install the app to buy tickets, the international rides can't be bought. So all in all a useless app that only takes up space, there's better travel planners like 9292 or Google maps and you can't buy the tickets so have to pay an extra euro at the station.
Diep triest... Goed idee met slechte implemetatie en weinig praktisch inzicht. Nul flexibiliteit, trage QR-ophaal. Ik zie de vertraagde bus aankomen maar ik kan geen kaartje meer kopen, want die zit vast aan één rit, bij koop bepaald... en rit-koop kan alleen met theoretische toekomstige schema-ritten. Betalen betekent niet dat je gelijk een QR-code hebt. Daar sta je dus...voorin de bus....met een kudde achter je... De chauffeur herkent mijn ervaring. Tip..Koop nu, en geldig tot verbruikt is.
Cannot easily save/favourite lines or look for lines? Very important feature in my eyes I noticed you can star them but then you cant find the starred lines?? Super slow to start up aswell, Looking for a better app. Response: You can favourite locations but not lines, I want to favourite my bus line so I can easily look at it. Its not always slow, sometimes it takes up to 20 seconds to load other times just 3-4 seconds.
