can not connect to phone

piece of junk, always disconnects, weather display is in a language I've never seen before, you get what you pay for I guess. keeps track of time and heart beat which is the only good! hahaha
This is a REALLY BAD app. Do not install.
downloaded this app. started to set it up with email etc. not able to access the app. trying to use the glory fit watch. apparently you can't use the app unless you give them all the permissions they want.
constant pairing issue so it is no recording essential data. my heart rate was just 148 at rest with no activity and the watch didn't record it. I need to find an good watch because this is not one. before anyone says it, the watch is fully enabled on my phone... its the watch and app

The weather display doesn't update as it should and there is no manual way to update it.

Apparently 2 different days in the last few weeks, I've slept 45 days (90 if we're counting both days) no idea how to share a screenshot in a review but I "slept" 1096 hours in 1 day (that's 45 days btw) the math ain't mathing 🙄
very limited libraries of watch faces. very disappointed. should add more.

To any developer of this app: When changing the unit settings to British, the weekly report doesn't change and still shows km, and it should be miles. The app is otherwise fine, but simple oversights like that make me wonder what else is overlooked and broken. It's a known problem that has been listed on several Amazon queries for years. And still not fixed. Come on, do better.
Apparently, this app does not work on Android.

bro when I went to Bluetooth it said It had a problem connecting turn watch back on which I did and it did nothing
ive loved this watch since i got it in may but it suddenly stopped pairing to my phone and insists I give it background permissions in my phone settings that aren't an option. ive done everything the manual and app have suggested. ive googled and done what they suggested. im at a loss. I haven't had this problem until just now so I dont know what the deal is. I can't fix it if the option they want me to select ISNT AN OPTION in my settings. 🤷♀️

After Install The App The watch send me the QR Code After download and Just Follow The processer sign up The Profile Play Store when you choose male or female then the page stuck,no response, and unable to uninstall the app, that's 👎

App doesn't work
Seeing all the complaints, and I understand. I haven't been able to figure it all out, so I'm on the fence. However, there is one thing that is driving me nuts. I like to mirror my phone to my TV at times, but somehow, this watch, (and figure the app is responsible) has taken over my ability to get sound while mirroring my phone to the TV. I don't know how to stop it from bluetoothing that particular thing. I guess we need the bluetooth to connect to certain things, but this is Crazy.
even when im in bus my steps keep increasing
could not setup correct time. A watch has a main function as a watch, then a calender. I have a 40 year old Timex, and it still functions like it did new.

This app does not work half of the time and doesn't always sync right. Stats are not consistent at being correct.

limited functionality, similar to DaFit. On a pixel 7a set to English the app displays a lot of text in Greek, ie the watch face market. What's the point of having a GPS watch when the app can't download your GPS recording? not good.

Not well will pairing. I still can't seem to use the voice assistant.
like the watch, but no matter what I try, will ot pair or go into pairing mode, scanning QR codes, watching videos, turning on and off. everything. Super frustrated.
Only few watch faces available. There is only 1 custom dial and it's all wrong. No date (just day of the week) and the size of the time is so big that covers most of the custom picture. Please add more custom dial designs or allow people to modify the size and place of the time and date.
