Alwful service. A couple of times I had a situation in which my order was received, waited for more then 2 hours receiving messages from the app that the courier is "on his way", when I wanted to finally cancel my order they told me that they won't return my money back and after half an hour more I received a message that my order is cancelled and it was never received in the first place. Definitely not recommending!

As I write this it's been a total of 10 days and I'm yet to get my refund. Your agents keep telling me they will follow up, and the same story keep repeating itself every other time i reach out. Do I have to keep following up for amounts less than $20 really? You can do better than this!

BE AWARE !!!! THE APP CHARGE MY CARD FOR ORDER I NEVER MADE. once I contacted the support they just said the case will be investigated and I don't hear back so far I advise you to remove your cards from the app for your own safety.
Their horrible policies cost me 50 Euro and no food. Do not recommend
I have been trying to pay on three different credit cards for the last one week, the transactions failed. Please check your payment handling process to allow merchant to complete the sale.

why is the app not available in many locations? for example Onitsha awada
Increasing delivery time and than saying delivery is on time without any way to view what was the original delivery team is pretty deceptive. 3 hour delay is a small delay apparently now.... Not letting you contact the support or courier at all when they just keep increasing delivery time, I should really stop using this horrendous app. Now 2 out of 3 orders don't even deliver and the only thing you get is a refund. A new one charging weather fee when it's not raining etc anymore.
not reliable
one hour forty minutes and no order... called Domino's in Palma city and said it was coming at 12.10 we heard a knock and it was guy with inedible freezing cold wet pizza and bites..cookies wet in box. No option for refund on the app only feedback which you can't write on..
this app is just worst,I made a order which I transferred to them already but they did not bring my order,so I complained to there agent there where still telling me to wait for refund over 5 days now so please and please this app is not recommended for you
Fraudulent App! dont use! out of 8 food deliveries: 1: food wasn't delivered (restaurant was closed), i still got charged 17eur for it.. and there's no way to report on the app..i opened a claim with my bank and the merchant hasnt accepted the refund yet in over a month waiting! 2: i removed the app on 10th Aprila nd on 24th April i got charged 8eur again! even if i had no subscription! FRAUD ALERT
Abysmal. You can risk the app, but once you need customer support,you'll get zero assistance. They will pretend to help, and say things like 'once your order is marked as delivered we'll contact you.' This is a sly tactic to make it easy to get you out of the chat. The 'delivered' status happens hours later and you are then like a balloon filled with helium let go to float into space never to hear from anyone again.

Bahati Glovo vozac je motorom jurio po trotoaru, kao po ulici i za malo mi je udario dete od 4 godine! Posle sam ga videla da je nastavio da jurca trotoarom, ljudi su se bacali u stranu da bi ga izbegli! Podgorica je u pitanju. Odavno smo prestali da narucujemo preko Glova, a sada mislim da treba skroz da se iskoreni, jer su dostavljaci ocigledno ljudi sa problemom u glavi, sto smo odavno i videli na toliko snimaka i slika koje kruze drustvenim mrezama.

Their riders steal from you and no action is taken, they don't offer refunds for missing items nor do they reprimand the riders, you're better off paying for the premium subscription at Uber eats
They automatically renewed the subscription using the wrong card (not default). I asked them to use the correct card and refund the wrong one but they refused.
Por el cielo nublado (condiciones meteorológicas) cobran 2€ más. Es un disparate.
They are putting weather fees even in a cloudy day. Also, most of the people use cars for delivery, so this fee is pointless.

the app allows for ai slop images instead of proper food pictures. will you accept ai payment? I guess not. so dont put ai pictures instead of the product itself. also. wow. 3rd party ads after you ordered the food. and doesn't even say who paid for the ad "this ad is paid for by....got it" terrible experience will uninstall the app after this order.
Worst customer service or application ever, first they bring you wrong items which you ordered right in the first place, then refuse to refund you the amount because the system doesn't alow it, and second suddenly all your favourite restaurants are out of delivery area, so if you find one good thing on this app it won't last!!

De aici sa dati comanda daca aveti nevoie de motivatie sa tineti post negru cam 2 zile. 48h sa rezolve un case pentru o comanda gresita, nu poti discuta cu nimeni in mod direct sa explici situatiile. Misto cu AI.

I can't rate properly, I can't find a way to see reviews of others, the search is non existent, no sorting whatsoever, endless scrolling is the only way to see menus and it doesn't seem to give correct time estimates. At least I had food, so it gets one star. 2026: Just updating after 4 years using this app as no competitor managed to exist and take over. I really wish to add less stars. After the delivery fees, they've added service fees. And now.. Small order fees. A disgrace to humanity.
App is getting from worse to worste , multiple orders a day with issues ... no refund ensured . even past complaints are no longer visible . +extra charges with ridiculous titles. fees for delivery + fees for service+fees for orders below target . what service are you providing other than delivery. at least change titles. im waiting for my refund after multiple complaints. no customer service... just a disaster

The app works fine but Glovo sometimes increase your price the next day without any valid explanation ("the shop changed their price"). Bad experience 🙁
The app interface is not user friendly and is difficult to navigate, it's a struggle before being able to get one's location, it's takes hours and usually frustrating till you loose interest You guys need to work on the map, some places are not there even popular areas. I use other apps and it's so easy, you guys can do better
