Alwful service. A couple of times I had a situation in which my order was received, waited for more then 2 hours receiving messages from the app that the courier is "on his way", when I wanted to finally cancel my order they told me that they won't return my money back and after half an hour more I received a message that my order is cancelled and it was never received in the first place. Definitely not recommending!

Do I have to keep following up for amounts less than $20 really? You can do better than this!

Increasing delivery time and than saying delivery is on time without any way to view what was the original delivery team is pretty deceptive. 3 hour delay is a small delay apparently now.... Not letting you contact the support or courier at all when they just keep increasing delivery time, I should really stop using this horrendous app. Now 2 out of 3 orders don't even deliver and the only thing you get is a refund. A new one charging weather fee when it's not raining etc anymore.

Fraudulent App! dont use! out of 8 food deliveries: 1: food wasn't delivered (restaurant was closed), i still got charged 17eur for it.. and there's no way to report on the app..i opened a claim with my bank and the merchant hasnt accepted the refund yet in over a month waiting! 2: i removed the app on 10th Aprila nd on 24th April i got charged 8eur again! even if i had no subscription! FRAUD ALERT

Abysmal. You can risk the app, but once you need customer support,you'll get zero assistance. They will pretend to help, and say things like 'once your order is marked as delivered we'll contact you.' This is a sly tactic to make it easy to get you out of the chat. The 'delivered' status happens hours later and you are then like a balloon filled with helium let go to float into space never to hear from anyone again.

Posle sam ga videla da je nastavio da jurca trotoarom, ljudi su se bacali u stranu da bi ga izbegli! Podgorica je u pitanju. Odavno smo prestali da narucujemo preko Glova, a sada mislim da treba skroz da se iskoreni, jer su dostavljaci ocigledno ljudi sa problemom u glavi, sto smo odavno i videli na toliko snimaka i slika koje kruze drustvenim mrezama.

I can't rate properly, I can't find a way to see reviews of others, the search is non existent, no sorting whatsoever, endless scrolling is the only way to see menus and it doesn't seem to give correct time estimates. At least I had food, so it gets one star. 2026: Just updating after 4 years using this app as no competitor managed to exist and take over. I really wish to add less stars. After the delivery fees, they've added service fees. And now.. Small order fees. A disgrace to humanity.

The app interface is not user friendly and is difficult to navigate, it's a struggle before being able to get one's location, it's takes hours and usually frustrating till you loose interest You guys need to work on the map, some places are not there even popular areas. I use other apps and it's so easy, you guys can do better
