1 Stella: Ritardo Inaccettabile NON usate questo corriere. Ho pagato per una consegna urgente (3 giorni) della mia carta bancomat Unicredit. Sono passati 10 giorni e il pacco non è arrivato. Il ritardo è interamente colpa del corriere. Servizio clienti non professionale e inutile. La banca deve cambiare servizio. 10 giorni di ritardo sono inaccettabili.

Package suddenly disappeared from tracking on website (no longer found, was working before) and your app does not even open (stuck on a blue screen). Hoping to hear the news of your bankruptcy eventually, never buy from someone that ships with GLS. Only problems, always problems.
Informazioni molto complesse Non va più bene Sta ricattando i clienti ritardando le date di consegna e di trasporto. Iniziò a ricattare le persone chiedendo loro denaro per comunicare con lui, ricorrendo al baratto. In cambio della distruzione della merce E professionisti nel creare scuse stupide e false Grazie

Pessimo in Italia. Un spedizione da Cremona a Verbania prende una vita. Non si sa neanche se verra
Pacco sarebbe dovuto arrivare il 10, a oggi (21:23 del 13) come unico aggiornamento (che si ripete di giorno in giorno, salvo oggi in cui non hanno proprio reputato di aggiornare alcunché) presenta dicitura "non arrivato a sede destinataria". C'è una data prevista di consegna almeno? No. C'è modo di contattarli? Il modulo funziona solo ed esclusivamente dalle 9:00 alle 13:00 e dalle 14:30 alle 17:30 dal lunedì al venerdì salvo festivi / prefestivi.
If your package gets shipped through these guys just pray and if don't track your packages regularly then consider it's gone. Two items shipped through them and I had to call customer service to get it delivered to my address and one was almost 300€, and I have to do they same thing for the second item. If you're purchasing anything online and you see GLS shipping please skip it.

If should give you zero star I'll I'm sure your guys didn't even bother to come and bringy item they just put it on the app recipient unknown and waiting for instructions from the sender for possible return and I contacted them they said they cannot intervene what kind of people are they.
Non funziona né l'app né il servizio clienti in maniera decente. Ho pagato dei pacchi e devono ancora arrivare, voglio il mio servizio!!!!
Poor Service
The worst delivery ever. They couldn't find my address and returned my package and wasted my time for several days. Finally, I withdrawed my purchase just because of their irregularities and carelessness.
The worst experience ever , pay extra money for fast delivery and get worst customer service and not even a contact number so they can explain why the delay took so much , and till this moment still waiting for my package , i wish i could give you guys -5 stars for real
Utter rubbish! Saying I have no internet connection....just downloaded the app! I know when I have signal GLS is the champion worst delivery service . I paid 8 euros for 1 small bolt. Out for del yesterday then it couldn't be delivered. Then its out the next day so 2 day home not paid waiting for this . Do t use the service unless you want to be ripped off

Il peggior corriere esistente. Totalmente indifferente alle lamentele sui loro autisti, falsi e incompetenti, forniscono dati inventati sulle mancate consegne. Bisognerebbe non acquistare da chi se ne serve.
Worst delivery agency. First the called me that they are infront of my house but realized they are in the wrong address that they read other address so they coudnt deliver . After 2 days they said address error, wait for sender for further instruction after 2 days theynsaid i am absent. Wht? Obviusly they're lying
App completamente inutile
Useless. Can't connect business account, you have to search each shipment manually.
This is the worst delivery service ever. 3 of my packages weren't delivered. They said error address when they didn't even bother to come as I was always home. Their motto is we deliver but they actually don't. Lame.
