whenever I use reward points for a discount, it conveniently never goes through. it keeps loading and loading indefinitely. I could try it across my pc, iPhone, and android, and it does this on all devices. bs
I've been waiting on my order for 2 weeks, Reached out to customer service because it was supposed to be 2 day shipping by FedEx. No delay was reported to me. label was created and I'm starting to think someone forgot to do their job at some point because a label was created and that was it. I either want a refund so I can order pick up or for someone to rectify the issue. but I'm growing impatient. If not I'll take what's been paid for out of your store and never buy gnc again.
This terrible app does nothing but refresh over & over while I'm scrolling...and it's not an internet problem

if I could leave negative stars I would. I know Minnesota has multiple locations, yet according to the app Minnesota has 1 location? Won't let me look at other locations for what im looking for and I refuse to pay $65 for shipping when I can go in store and grab it. this app is nothing but beyond frustrating and stressful and zero help.
Won't let you bypass location tracking with the app to even use it. when you don't want every app to have every detail of how you function, then avoid getting the app and instead just go to a secure web browser and order. it sucks that people cannot opt out of privacy overreach in the GNC app.

Since app was updated, it does not work anymore. I continue to get a pop up that still tells me it needs updated even though I did several times. I have un-installed and reinstalled, but it still says the same thing. So, I just go online and not use the app anymore.

I'm annoyed with the app inside the app shows 900 points but at same time your sending emails that say I have 1475 points let's shop now and when I go in the app it's 900 points it's wrong and makes no sense

Won't log in anymore. Every time I click "log in" it just loads forever and then takes me back to the same page where you have to click on the log in button again. Nothing works. I don't know what you guys did to your app but fix it pronto!

Can't even sign in on the app, says "use valid email" but i can login on my computer and on browser it's just the app garbage.
The app is terrible . Won't let you track orders. Chat Service couldnt help either. Can't add PRO REWARDS MEMBERSHIP in the app either, so imagine how much money GNC loses cause it won't let you become a PRO member through the app. Pictures don't load. Navigation through the app is terrible. CS was bad , they couldn't even find my order. GNC is a multi million dollar company and can't get a simple app to work. Id pick no stars if it would let me.

Won't let me create an account because "there's already an account associated with that email address". I attempt to retrieve my password, and get the message "invalid email address" 🙄

Terrible... I can never sign on using the app or online. I hate going to the store, but it's the only way I can get my supplements. You need to get it fixed!!!
Gnc is not a good company to deal with. I bought barebells items due to the buy 1 take 50% off 2nd item. They then canceled the 2nd item so I wasn't able to take advantage of the 50% off. They didn't even informed me of it and just proceeded on shipping the other item. They should have informed me first that they don't have the other barebell flavor that way I could have just chosen another flavor or canceled the order instead. Will never deal with them anymore!!!
My app always gives me a store in Brooklyn, NY. I live in Texas and have NEVER been to NY. My location on my phone is accurate and I always get this. Also it doesn't remember my login and freezes whenever I try to log in. It's better for me to just drive to the store than to rely on this app.

one of the worst apps and websites I have ever used (well, tried to use) would like to say that I could do anything with it but the sign in will only allow me to click the "sign in" if I don't spell my email right (but gives me an error, for incorrect email), if it is correct the sign in button won't do anything

Login issues, keeps you running in circles. I'm sure there's a simple solution, that I didn't figure out, to work around it on my end. But I'm also sure there's a simple solution to get rid of that issue all together.

Every update brings new issues. I've went through similar issues in the past. Went back and forth with tech people/customer support, screenshots sent, yada yada. Permissions are enabled app simply says "weight (haha) we can't find the page you're looking for" ... the home page for the app you all paid to have developed, you can't find?? Okay. At this point your customers would be happy with a basic/simple app that runs consistently with no issues. 😑😔
App won't load. Won't let me sign in. Stuck on loading screen. Why am I being redirected to a browser to sing in anyway? Why can't I do so in the app?
