do not get this bank... absolutely horrible charges you $5 a month for a maintenance fee and you can only take out $1,500 a month.. tried it out for my taxes cause it said up to 5 days early deposit but my lady did hers with her bank and got hers earlier than this one.. DO NOT CREATE A ACCOUNT WITH THEM!! also had to take the money out with my cash app because you can not transfer money out of the account absolutely ridiculous

SCAM!!!❗️❗️❗️❗️ they'll send you a card in the mail tell you to activate it && create an account && even set up your direct deposit just for them to turn off the card bc they're sending you a "new one" within 7 to 10 business days. You cannot transfer out your money either. BEWARE!
This bank took 750out of my account and I can prove it . So if you want your money safe pull it out and don't open the account ever FDIC with the government a joke.

I was mislead to believe that GO 2 Bank was an account that I could trust their process. Not only due they allow purchases and charges while my card was locked.The overdraft limit was over the $200.account overdraft agreement . I am LIVID!!!/ I am a senior citizen over 70 yrs old. Go2 Bank is well under Green Dot Standards. When I've called Customer Support I was not connected multiple times. When I entered my account information the automated system would not allow me to speak to a rep. -0

This is just a rip-off visa card. They mislead your registered address on purpose so that they can keep charging you monthly fees when you stop using it, and while they give you a hard time to close your account. How could you be charged monthly maintenance fees since you aren't using it for months or over a year. Despite the consequences, so if you got problem closing your Greendot account then just toss the card in the toilet as long as they have no access to your bank account period. Voilà!

So let me get this straight: I had to give up an important app to make room in my memory to accommodate the update of this app, only to see that they changed the facial interface, increasing to a king-sized display? The damn thing looks ugly unprofessional. Now this app seems like a cheap app. There is nothing impressive about the update, and it's a sore on my eyes to look at the damn thing now, when before it was perfect, professional, and clean.
worst bank. reaching out did nothing. unable and unwilling to fix what they instigated. still waiting for class action satisfaction on their slogan alone. bad faith. lies... not customer centric. can not auto pay. took me 2 hours to install app again bc update required. I literally hate this bank ngl.

the worst app known to man. crashes constantly locks,you out constantly... I enable biometrics, then it forgets login information. ive had to reset my password 17 times over the last 5 days because the entire thing is junk. you'd figure for $5 a month we could get at least a working app.

I can't withdraw money from my account only at Walmart and that sucks and I can't speak with live agent. Nothing about this company is good to me. I have a dispute and can't do anything about until I get form or address. I don't recommend this company or card.
I tried to transfer some funds from PayPal to Go2 Bank today. A 5 second transaction lasted over 2 hours with multiple calls today to both PayPal and to Go2. UNRESOLVED. So, I did what most ticked off people do..I closed my account with Go2 Bank. It took $10, but not more. My full transfer amount remains in PayPal. I do NOT recommend this app.
