One of the worst apps I've ever experienced. Did a 14 day premium trial to test it out and all it wanted me to do is upgrade to elite to see great deals. Other than that it told me what "deals" I missed, but they really weren't very good deals. I couldn't even search for a one way flight? Seems like a very big scam just to try and get you to pay for top subscription.
I was subscribe for 2 years but ending up not using it because as soon as you log in into different device it does not work! not good too bad I dont have my phone where I sign up. Tottaly waste of money.
Won't even open.
horrible horrible company. charged me $210 for an "elite membership" and I only have the free version. this company is a rip off. and terrible customer service!

This app is so confusing. When I put an airport down,it gives me different airports. It wants you to upgrade right away. It's like a bait and switch.
EDIT: Elite was useless and Premium even more so. Huge waste of money. It is impossible to change your account status on the app if you originally created your account on the website. This by itself is ridiculous, but staff seems to not see an issue with this and was largely unhelpful/ unwilling to address how stupid and inconvenient this is. Was going to upgrade my account, but I am not willing to give more money to a company that seems to care so little about extremely simple UX improvements.

cant see any deals unless you subscribe.? I was a premimum user at one time. I rarely saw any really killer deals. If /When I did I couldnt get the flights I needed ie: dates/times. Once again Uninstalling
I've downloaded, couldn't create an account 4xs.... I'm done! I'll find something else for cheaper flights than Southwest!
The app won't let me use it. It forces to a sign up screen. Both signing up and logging in send you back to the app which then crashes.

Immediately started spamming my email with ads, even before I realized there was no free trial. NO. I didn't sign up for any email; why do companies consider email exempt from the entire concept of CONSENT?!
I can't even open the app. However, the email omitted the content and told us to use the APP to read it, which was completely destroyed.
Everytime I use this, I get the message "something went wrong. we are working on it." Dont they test anymore?

I was fraudulently charged for this subscription I do not know what this is or how it came about on my acct but I did not sign up I hope someone can reach out to me soon as I was charged for this . I do not fly or travel as I am unable to . I have a son that prevents me from doing so . I do not know how my info was obtained or even used please contact back
i like receiving deals to my email, and i don't want it to ask me to turn on notifications every time i click on the email link to open the app. i don't like app notifications. i don't want to be asked to turn on notifications every time i use a program. it is annoying and irritating. i live in a city with a massive airport and I'm more interested in non stop flights. i prefer the deals to show me immediately the amount of stops. i don't want to click every deal to see the amount of stops
Free membership is useless, doesn't allow any information unless.a membership is purchased

Absolute trash. Forcing you to download a stupid app that is nothing more than a wrapped web browser and it doesn't even work. Email links don't route properly and if you finally do get it to open, the app crashes anyway. STOP FORCING PEOPLE TO GET AN APP TO USE YOUR WEB PAGE BASED SERVICE!

I despise companies that force you to download and use an app when you have already signed up for their website. Taking my business elsewhere. (You can get deals that are just as good--in many cases better--by doing your own research. This is nothing special.)
Absolutely loathe apps and services that try to force me to use an app. Stop redirecting me to this stupid app when you have a website that works perfectly well.

Do NOT use. Flight data is not up to date, and "deals" can not be booked minutes after they come out. Had to dispute CC to get 14-day trail honored.
Tricked me into payments
I am in Thailand, and I can not find the airport BKK (Suvarnabhumi Airport) as my starting point, so I can't even use the app.
Had the trial membership. Every deal i saw that first reported to be in the time frame i was interested in turned out not to be available for that timeframe but something months different.

Going is an essential travel tool but the app is garbage, constantly crashing in the most frustrating ways. I'll stick to the website for now but it would be nice if they added the map from the app to the website.
Love this website however the app doesn't work. I try to sign in and it just reloads the sign in page.
