knapa oh knapa.. pesen makan.. yg ada gojek plus, jarak 700m ongkir nya 24rb.. sedangkan mesen yg jauhan, 2km, tanpa goplus, ongkir cuma 16rb.. fungsi nya goplus apa klo ujung2nya harga ongkir normal mah..
Keburu2 mau pake gofood , pake d suruh update segala.. huh.. ribet tau Tiap mau pakai aplikasinya suruh update dulu.. 🙄

I had a bad experience with the app. I have cancelled the booking of the car service after it prompted no connection,no car found.I went ahead to book through another car booking service.To my horror when I reached my destination by another company,i got call from gojek driver that he had arrived.Therefore I have to cancel that booking and was charged $4.I wanted to contact the customer service but to my disappointment,it is only through texting. I appealed twice but they insist it was my fault.

the discount UI for GoFood disappeared, I can't even apply promo because of it, truly disappointing. after another few months of using the app, the discount suddenly disappeared right before I wanted to order a GoFood service. wow, truly a scummy move, if you don't want people to use the promos, don't offer them in the first place

Gofood keep repeating the same 10ish restos just after show dozens of restos. Don't be stupid to suggest "using the latest", i know my apps version is tracked. And im too lazy to help you with the reporting, its ur problem, i already notify u, and i can just use another apps because ur apps suck.

Another day, another bad experience with the app with two drivers consecutively cancelling the ride at least 5 minutes after accepting wasting my time waiting. If riders are penalized for making drivers wait, drivers should be penalized too for making riders wait. Terrible experience with the driver accepting another order while otw to my pick up. app is horribly designed to allow this.

sengaja beli barang pas 5.5 di toko oren biar dapet promo, eh pas udah checkout barang ga di kirim² kendalanya karena gaada driver instan yg mau pickup (ya kebetulan dapet jasa pengiriman gosend instan). Sampai akhirnya 2 hari berlalu masih gaada driver yg mau pickup, jadi ter-cancel otomatis + promo hilang. kapok dah pakai jasa pengiriman disini, udah capek² nunggu, ujung²nya batal dan promo hilang gitu aja. Terpaksa checkout ulang harga normal. Ga lagi² pake aplikasi ini.

User Interface Go Food is getting worse every update, why even remove the buttons on top of the page? It looks disgusting now. The standard for accepting drivers is going down. The charge on the application is getting way more expensive. The app is just too comfortable being the way that it is so innovation stopped, service quality plummets, useless updates are published, and price just spikes. The company is already bottlenecked and it's not going to improve without significant change.
there are plenty of "bad attitude" drivers. they asked the customer to cancel the orders to avoid their rating to get dropped but the reason is totally unreasonable. i dont want to cause any drama thus i just accept their request or demand while fully aware it affected my account as customer myself when in fact the drivers are sometimes the one to blame. i understand that working in this field might be tiring but please, take the customer seriously while fixing the policy for the drivers.
It's been buggy for the past few days, the app wont load at all
aplikasi tolol, minimal ngotak lah, jarak dari resto kerumah cuma 500 meter, ongkir dikasih pilihan 20 ribu atau 5 ribu , milih yang 5 ribu , setelah 1 jam ditungguin di cancel , gak lama lu survive begini , paling sebentar juga kegusur sama jasa suruh yang tarifnya flat 🤣

Some years ago: Makes all food items more expensive than it should be. Surcharge on all food items + platform fee + whatever you haven't charged us with. Here are some ideas: why not add operational fees, electrical fees, capital fees, innovation fees, etc... 7 May 2026 23:40: Bloody algorithm getting me a driver 1 hour later. Just becoz yau wanted to exploit your express service. I know for a fact that at this time, the stall wasn't busy, Cooking a fried rice takes less than 5 min.
