online check in doesn't seem to work, I spent 25 minutes trying to enter our passport details because you have to select the country 4 times for each person and UK is right down at the end, then finally when I did all that I got an error saying it couldn't be completed with no details at all. just use their website, the app is worthless. really it's unprofessional for both the airline and the developers to publish something this bad.

I had to pay 80 dollars for an extra luggage because buying one via the app (and website) didn't work. Their customer support was not useful either.

Não tem como piorar. Trocar o assento depois do check-in, depois de não deixar fazer o check-in online, é o fundo do poço em pleno 2026. O que ainda segura essa empresa, são os funcionários.

Colocando 1 estrela única e exclusivamente porque não tenho como desativar pelas configurações as notificações de promoções, deixando apenas as essenciais (por exemplo, para fazer check-in). É coisa de gente retardada e sem noção fazer o aplicativo encher nosso celular de notificação inútil.
App lento e inútil. Não me deixa fazer check-in sem me cobrar uma marcação de assento.

Demora para abrir, demora para atualizar e mostra o portão do voo, não dá para adicionar o cartão de embarque na carteira google e sempre mandando notificações de ofertas não solicitadas, esse app é um dos piores app de viagem.

who designed this app? a professional? in this day and age you'd expect a working app, not this one. when filling passenger details for self check-in, you can't proceed to the next screen, the app does not clearly indicate what the error or missing information is. Useless app in my opinion.

App won't let me get past 2 factor authentication, even though I input the exact number I get in my email. Also can't find my trip as a guest using the reservation number.
Um lixo .. para mudar a senha pedem UM MILHÃO de informações inúteis. Simplesmente peçam o e-mail e pronto. E mesmo assim o sistema é super instável.
Awful experience. I’ve been completely unable to log in to my account because the app’s two-step verification is broken. The code is sent, but as soon as I enter it, the app blocks the process and I’m stuck. I also tried accessing my tickets as a guest, and that didn’t work either. Overall, extremely frustrating and disappointing.
Doesn't work at all if you are outside of Brazil. Neither for booking or searching flights, or checking in.
A GOL é uma empresa grande, mas não sabe fazer um aplicativo decente. O app é cheio de bugs: às vezes não encontra minha reserva, outras vezes não consigo comprar bagagem e, de vez em quando, a tela de escolher o assento simplesmente não carrega. Sinceramente, é o pior aplicativo que já usei.
