I've been using this app since it was appointfix and I've paid a lot of money. That being said I can't even publish a damn review? Seriously? You want more money? Wow. Might switch to square since I use them for transactions anyways. Wow a price increase too. Incredible. As if they weren't making enough money. Such is the way of corporate greed.
I've been using this for 6 year. Once in awhile this app has a fatal update or bug that renders the entire app useless for a day before support team fixes the problem. I'm currently unable to log into my account and I keep getting a prompt to update my app, but there is no update! I've been locked out all day, no solution yet and I have a salon to run.
Unfortunately in 2025 I have to downgrade rating, uninstall and move to another app. I had this app since the appointfix era. I gave 5 stars in 2018 and re-reviewed in 2022 with 5 stars. But bigger isn't always better and this entire year there's been disappearing appointments , doubling up of appointments and all sorts of anomalies messing up my schedule. Working with tech support hasn't provided answers.
the app is telling me I have 20 booking space when that's not the case now I can't get any bookings. free trial is too short.
I have been using this app for over 5 years now and pay $40/month for the Pro Plus. I have this app on 2 separate devices and have been having major issues with the app on both devices but different issues on each device. I have reached out to customer support twice now only to receive an automated quick response saying someone will be in touch with me shortly... 4 days later I still haven't heard from anyone. Their customer support is lacking and I am currently in the hunt for a new app.
horrible customer support, the app goes through random phases where it won't sync between employees on the app, and it will just take off appointments. have been using for 4 years and am seriously looking at going with a different scheduling system

Although this app has a great interface and user friendly features, the payment component is important to me. I dislike being limited to using Stripe as the main payment processor, and it requires too much personal information just to setup the payment option. Personally, I'd hate to disclose my bank information, SIN and address if I wont be using this feature for collecting payments. I really hope this can be changed, re-evaluated and enhanced in the future.
