Very poor experience with the GoodScore app. My payment was deducted from my bank account, but it is still not reflected in my loan account. I have already raised a support ticket, but the issue has not been resolved and my money has not been refunded. This delay is causing unnecessary stress. Please resolve my issue immediately or refund my money.

advertisement dikhata he.... har ek loan emi me chukta kar sakte... agar loan he..toh usko hum sote sote kisto me baat sakte he ...but esa kuch service he hi nehi nehi...me bolte bolte thak gya..but service acce se maintain nehi karte... agar advertisement kiya he usko nibhao..esa mat karo customer ke sath ... loan ko emi me convert nehi kiya abhi tak.. itna pareshan hu me..thoda sa nehi samajh paye ... good score staff ... customer agar satisfy nehi hoga toh kese hoga.. fully unsatisfied

I was taken subscription for rise my credit score. but this company making fault. I took a consumer loan from hdb. it shows pay in advance ly 4710 and cashback and u will get hike cibil score. nothing happen. in my main hdb bank also not updated this payment. from 6 days again it's bounced my amount again reduct cibil. and still my amount also not refund from good score app. plz resolve seriously to make this issue and resolve.
