My standard free allowance was full and I received a notification that I had to subscribe to keep using the account. the only option available to me was the £18.99 per month (1b). I have been paying this for nearly 2 years, then the option came up to change my plan and noticed I only needed the £4 plan and probably will do for a few years. no refund available. not really worth even £4 because it goes very slow and to load a video to view it takes about 30 seconds.

I find no reason for it to exist
i have paid, but i have nowhere to mention which 5 accounts i can include. I have no way to contact to ask how to group my other gmail accounts together as one account and i am paying separately. I wish to include the low usage account as one but there is no way to declare which other accounts i wish to be under one umbrella.

everything stolen. new approach required. there is no double cell security phone number if you change cell phone numbers you may loose your EMAIL DUE to Rentless illigeal hackers.
What a racket. They give you a link for tech support after they scammed you. And when you connect to tech support, they want $5 up front. lol.
The day you have a problem for them to fix an issue will take forever, The costomer care will reply on time but to fixing an issue will take forever. also why do I need to do age verification to get support, I don't understand, why do users need to do age verification to get support. something when you people add something look at other platforms where have you seen that users with an account need age verification to get support every time
I have been trying to get my files back to my laptop from googleone, but instead it just asks me if I want to upgrade. Fortunately I have a backup from a thumb drive of the key files, but I do wonder what the point of paying for cloud storage is if you cant get the files back.

I need a refund and they're not letting me even though it was a unauthorized subscription that I didn't even notice or use.
Absolutely worthless
One year trial got terminated prematurely and there's no way to appeal or seek redress. Would give zero stars if I could.
hard to navigate
Be careful when subscribing, as you miss a payment once, they keep on taking money from your bank account as penalty. They take money, twice a day, until you have money in your account to make payment and there's no way to refund or to cancel your subscription. Highly disappointed.
Subscriptions are so messy they add limitations and downgrade your plans one sided at any time.
More than 10 days i can't resubscribe to Google one. Support is not of any help.

I would like to subscribe to Google one lite but can't see it for my account
Google charged my card FIFTY-ONE times for $246+ EACH in one day. While P1 case remains unresolved and help desk is useless. Google have locked me out of my Google One/Gemini AI Ultra 30TB account and subscription while continuing to charge me.
