I'm having a hell of a time when I was charged and canceled the same day then tan say my plan will be canceled tomorrow yet they just charged me for a year subscription that I just canceled is canceling in tomorrow. Read this to your legal team, bartenders can be held LIABLE for serving ETOH to drunk people who drive. It is illegal for people to use phone n drive, but they do. Like they drunk drive...If your GOD DAM ads, aren't muted, CLEAR timers, and CLEAR X or dismiss buttons, I WILL file a complaint with FTC to make you liable for driving accidents while using phones, just like the bartenders are liable for giving ETOH. F it. Might just file the complaint anyway. You never fix anything.

Unable to install many times sent feedback yet no response.
My standard free allowance was full and I received a notification that I had to subscribe to keep using the account. the only option available to me was the £18.99 per month (1b). I have been paying this for nearly 2 years, then the option came up to change my plan and noticed I only needed the £4 plan and probably will do for a few years. no refund available. not really worth even £4 because it goes very slow and to load a video to view it takes about 30 seconds.

I just purchased the annual storage and it has not reflected. I'm still out of storage and not receiving emails Still no change. If I upgrade to a larger storage will the amount in my first purchase be distributed to accommodate my upgrade?
It's the most convoluted app I have ever used, it is not user friendly and I can't be sure that when I delete photos/videos etc from my phone that they'll still be available on the Google One. it's absolutely horrendous

i have paid, but i have nowhere to mention which 5 accounts i can include. I have no way to contact to ask how to group my other gmail accounts together as one account and i am paying separately. I wish to include the low usage account as one but there is no way to declare which other accounts i wish to be under one umbrella.

you guy dont let us delete our 3 areas our self and you start the new account from the point of the old one so the storage amont given doesnt start new it at the same old one not good.

A subscription for 4.99 $and I hope they were no more limits of how much you could use the app for by apparently if you ask it to make a video then there’s a limit it doesn’t allow you to make anything else I’m cutting buying a subscription this app

everything stolen. new approach required. there is no double cell security phone number if you change cell phone numbers you may loose your EMAIL DUE to Rentless illigeal hackers.
What a racket. They give you a link for tech support after they scammed you. And when you connect to tech support, they want $5 up front. lol.
The day you have a problem for them to fix an issue will take forever, The costomer care will reply on time but to fixing an issue will take forever. also why do I need to do age verification to get support, I don't understand, why do users need to do age verification to get support. something when you people add something look at other platforms where have you seen that users with an account need age verification to get support every time
I have been trying to get my files back to my laptop from googleone, but instead it just asks me if I want to upgrade. Fortunately I have a backup from a thumb drive of the key files, but I do wonder what the point of paying for cloud storage is if you cant get the files back.
