wish I had Zero stars!!! I paid for 200 Gig but couldn't share because receiver is "BLOATED" with SPAM AND PHISHING! TGEREFORE "OUT OF DATA TO ACCEPT!!! REALLY?!!! 😦 invited members cant accept invitation du3 bloated over quota emails!!!
App being forced upon android users to bait them into paying for storage they do not need
this app literally takes money out whenever they WANT!!, paid way over them what I actually paid for never even got an update that the so called subscriptions was going up, and this app doesn't even work i literally..
bring a subscription transfer to different account option for yearly or monthly plans feels frustrating that my main gmail is not going to work after the google drive subscription ends. just want drive subscription seperate to main account

pretty disappointed that I'm 18 days into not one not two but three complaints against Google labs and Google one and no one can seem to get ahold of me even more so until that because of their bugs and their flaws and the fact that Google Labs doesn't even have a support team I'm supposed to be okay with handing my money over for no service let alone the one I paid for. so I keep getting told no no no no no you guys have had no problem taking my $300 through a multitude of accounts.
Google "upgraded" my plan without my consent or warning. I had been on the $1.39 100GB plan for a few years, and today when I was going through my subscriptions I was shocked to see I was changed to some $10.99 200GB AI Plus plan. I haven't even used 50% of 100GB. Absolutely appalled that this could be allowed to happen. Now the 100GB plan is nearly $4. Just gonna download my data onto my thumb drive and cancel. Thanks for making the decision easy.

With the new phones that have 1TB or God knows maybe even more the last generation, I didn't look it up yet but with 1TB you have more than enough. The only punch-line of the app was the support by phone call that you guys made it disappear. Congratulations, very dumb decision. Android is every day more iPhone like, external sd card memory gone, I really wonder who still buys androids and what for!? I'm the guy that asked you for the black background and background play for YT and YT music.
Google is making things worse. I just deleted 1 GB of photos just to clear space and somehow my photo storage gained 1 GB less than 10 minutes later without adding anything. Google's help sites dodge questions and even their automated review responses provided dead links. Google needs to stop shooting themselves in the foot and make their software function before shoving unwanted AI into everywhere it doesn't belong.
I purchased this thinking it was to use AI on Chrome, and while I was getting good help with writing articles, images were inconsistent with my request just as often as one was generated correctly. I realized that I was paying for a service that I did not actually use when I saw the CoPilot on Microsoft and began to use it and saw the difference. I cancelled this service and they got my money for a month or two, but it's better to cancel it since it was not the service I actually needed.
