This app infuriates me because I only want it for concert tickets, airline tickets and loyalty cards. I don't ever plan to use it for paying with my credit card, yet every time I open the app to access one of my stored cards, I am greeted with a full screen demand to set up my card. I have to scroll down to access what I actually want. It's incredibly annoying. Why can't you allow that reminder to be dismissed? And why does it have to be so huge that you can't even look past it?

Bloatware
The phone number within the app to call my bank to verify my account requires a code. No problem. The FIS phone number that is connected to the app is a non working number. So I guess I am not using Google Wallet moving forward because the app won't let me update my new card.

im out trying to pay and you decide its time to do some extra steps and have me enter card details and link to my banking app.
I only have been using Google wallet for a few months when I got my new phone other than that it only had my reward. But I just put my debit card and credit card info in the app and recently just started using it. My debit card got hacked even though there is supposed to be protections on my account so it doesn't get hacked. I wouldn't trust! If I could I would give 0 stars.

The worst app I've ever used. Every time things changing, nothing is in its place as I originally set it up. Always another change, but always for the worse. I'm switching to a competitor.
This app keeps hijacking my camera quick start.
Worst update. After the update I always see a big card at the top that says: Start adding to your wallet. I have lots of things in wallet already so I close the card using the X button on it but the card reappears everytime I open the app. And wallet shows duplicate entries for IRCTC tickets for upcoming journey. Please bring back the simple design that wallet always had.
you put any card in this app and Google will cycle through every card to charge. EVERY CARD WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT.
i don't understand why you open the app and it's blank and instead of displaying your passes there's a button "view passes". and that's not all, there's even one more "show more passes " button. and of course your most recent tickets are randomly scattered across the list. honestly this is the design of the year. I suggest the same team design the new Gmail, it would be you open Gmail and instead of showing your emails there would be a button "show emails". yep
want to cancel payment but you don't provide access
I try to do surveys and I get through the entire survey to where it says 100% done and the next screen I see is that this survey has been filled. I don't get paid. I don't think this is appropriate. that is why I left one star. I want my $0.16

just stopped working and no matter what I try it will not allow me to make payments in apps. I can no longer order online and it is across multiple apps that I am having this issue so I know it is not an app issue
but what's new? Google staff have a habit of entering irrelevant info under "What's new". Sadly the gate keeper accepts the update without challenging the developer to provide the required information. please escalate to a higher level agent until resolved.
The app itself is great and the concept is even better, but every time I open it I'm prompted to consent to Personalized Ads even though I have declined multiple times. Google's understanding of the concept of consent is clearly way off from what it should be.
Can't go to the menu for my WatchOS payment methods without doing it from my watch. Can't sort WatchOS payment cards, used to be able to.

Already downgraded to 1 star, but just when I thought it couldn't get worse, loading seems to take forever now, which is embarrassing when trying to pay for something using a card at the till or, I dread to think, using for a travel pass. The app is rapidly going downhill.

Not best in class. This wallet removes any card not accessed within 90 days, and removes every saved card if you turn off your screen lock or change your Google Account password. All without notification or consent. This makes the wallet impractical. Removing the wallet contents without consent should not be. Wallet contents should be held absolute until the user deletes from the wallet or until the wallet is removed from the device. As is, you are not in control of this wallet; Google is!

The software works well for me, but I'm disappointed that this software won't work on Graphene OS. I can understand why you wouldn't want to allow other Android OSes to be able to use it because those other OSes don't rely on Google Play which limits Google's data collection.
Too complicated, I guess I'm getting to old to appreciate all the technology these days.

Can't hide expired passes. Can't show in chronological order. If your at a train station, it'll show none train tickets first. If your in a rush, best to ignore this app. App Devs don't use the apps they write.
