After 13 years, my location still isn’t supported, so I’ve never been able to use the app at all.

Activity that may be considered unusual includes: • False account information including name, address and/or billing information • A new account making a large amount of orders • Abnormal use of credits, coupons and/or gift cards

Don't use GoPuff. Terrible company, pays their drivers basically nothing for 20 mile round trips. App is totally garbage and WILL malfunction and mess up driver stats, which GoPuff will then punish the driver for. They are also using their warehouse workers as scab workers for Starbucks. Don't work here, don't order from here unless you want nothing but frustration.

The only reason I used it for liquor delivery.. now since they removed it. well.. Uber is much faster, cheaper and better service. deleting app
If I could give 0 stars I'm absolutely would I order from this app a lot it has been helpful at most my most recent purchase was canceled and when I tried to get a refund they told me to dispute it with my bank so they are basically robbing me I deleted it asap don't waste your time with this robbery

Do not, under any circumstances, use this app. They will drag your order through the mud, and make chatting with customer service as difficult as possible while trying to wear you out and keep your money. Dishonest app ran by Dishonest people who do not care about your wellbeing as a user.
ordered a couple times from this place they couldn't find a driver or something they have no customer service number to talk with someone you can only chat with someone from a different country. they say they're going to refund you after about 3 hours of waiting but I had to do a chargeback on my credit card because they never refunded it. I would never use these guys again they have no customer service to talk with
this app is a joke.i order one item one not multiple.it tells you one hour top to diliverd waited 4 hours contacted support they told me to give it another hour and if it did not get delivered I would get my money back right away.it updated to get my order the next day at 6 am ask for my refund and you still have to wait 3 to 4 business days they lie to you to try to get you to stay support was hard to reach and keep disconnecting you , so you have to start all over again and again
Ok you keep telling me to reach out I already have! You guys won't help me and idk what you guys don't understand but I placed an order for someone in a hospital to be delivered to her. I keep being told she got It the hospital and cameras say otherwise. Keep your one star and my money. I'll post about it so more people know!
I used to use them when I lived on the north side of my city....moved 4 miles down the road and suddenly they dont deliver to my area
Im sure it's a great app, it just doesn't work in my area 🤷🏽♀️
