I can't talk to a human. site navigation is painful in some aspects. I often spend over 10-15 minutes on the app, when my intended course of action should take 30 seconds. painful...
clConstantly being logged out. The cookbook part of the app is awful to use and has relatively few recipes. Find a recipe and buy the ingredients only for it to disappear entirely. The search function is dire and some things don't appear while bringing entirely new recipes that you can't find by browsing each section.
I had £40 credits from inviting my friends to this awful app, they used £20 but the remaining £20 just disappeared from my account, and I got charged full price. when I asked for a refund they just offered me another £20 credit, but I don't want to order another overpriced box, I just wanted my money back! don't use this app, there are better ones around like hellofresh or whatever you can find, the customer service is just terrible and they just don't help you with what you need. A nightmare.
I was a member for 5 weeks and the food was great with easy to follow instructions. On the 5th week though I had 4/5 meals with chicken and every packet of chicken was off. I reported this to Gousto and they offered a pitiful £2.90 refund to be credited to my account, when to rebuy the chicken would have cost me over £15. I no longer trust Gousto not to send me meat that could kill me.

Not working on de-googled Android phones. Excellent food, but the digital experience falls short of B Corp standards. Please improve accessibility.
I don't like the app since you have changed it. I could search it a lot more easily before

keeps giving us fish orders if they choose, we never order fish usually
good stuff, don't put ads in the boxes that I pay you for
all you need is to be able to know what to choose and the cost. the app seems to want to hide the cost and the filters on foods are quite limited.
