Started out great. I won a fair amount and really liked Ultimate Governor and tournaments. Then the owners decided that winning rates were not proportional across all games and not only downgraded the pay table for Ultimate Governor but also manipulated the algorithm and decreased odds of winning. Now the little benefits like double xp points has been done away with. We got chips in trade but the doubters were more valuable to me. The owners have killed the joy; I am done with this app.
only iphones win in slot machine. I have a samsung and my roommate has an iphone. he consistantly wins and i consistantly lose weather its poker or slot machine. he gets over 100 mil on a 1.2 spin at least 10 times in a few hours. in the same time, on my samsung, ive only ever seen a 20 mil win on the same bet
I've played this game on and of for years now and I can honestly say that the game has progressively become worse. They offer you packs to buy and tell you what you could win from these packs but, the prizes you win from tickets etc is on the lowest scale of the possible payout. This game has started to become really boring and predictable. Do yourself a favour, stay away from this trash game and if you do play, don't buy anything. The more you buy, the less you win. The game creators are greedy

I lost 7 billions chips, and I waited for almost a months for the respond, and still now I haven't received anything...
Had to edit my review and drop it to one star. Ever since I started paying real money the game does nothing but crash now. Which makes no sense because you had a paying customer. They don't respond to these reviews so shows they don't really care about the working man's dollar anyway. Been playing for years too I'll find something else to spend money on that actually works. Great game messed up because of lack of maintenance. Turned into a money grab.

used to love this game but it keeps crashing and you have to reload, poker players on a roll soon get fed up with that , I've moved to another app that has no such problems .

Last thing....blackjack plays with 6 decks...SIX. have fun losing to 20/21 every other hand
definitely rigged... the more u purchase the more u lose. ultimate poker if definitely fixed.. black jack dealer gets black Jack's 3x in a row while u get barely once every 50 hands... keep away from this game.. u would risk less going to actual casino..

This game is rigged. i spent 15 dollars on a token that goes from 10T down to 600M. I spin it, I get 700M second lowest amount. I go to Black Jack solo, and bet 350 twice. Each time the dealer hit 21 and took of the chips. Why are developers like this never punished?
was fun then became impossible to just play. always demanding more money just to do basic missions. missions now require me to have a minimum of over 500 million chips just to complete and rewards will not even cover a fraction of that cost. blackjack and ultimate governor challenge just straight up cheat. dealer getting some many 21's in a row and the governor always has a pair higher than yours and if she can't play well you lose any ways.
The developers of this app need to get hit with a Class Action lawsuit! Everytime I've money on the game, I bet big with good rare hands, and someway some how, the opponent will WIN at the last card almost EVERY TIME!!! Don't get me started with Black Jack, dealer at keeps hitting 21 back to back for 3 rounds. Does that sound normal? It's disgusting. LET'S GET TOGETHER AND FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THIEVING, RIGGED PATHETIC APP.

i usually love this game but I don't remember I kept losing and losing then need again for spins so I can play. once I play higher stakes, I kept losing and I don't even know why. I just came back after 2 years and now this? This is not the poker I once play with because the last 2 years is more fun not stressing... it's fair game.
needs an update evey other day now and the videos are brutal to watch, not the game it was, deleted due to the videos and constant updates
extremely hard to progress or achieve any progress in the game , even if you pay to buy packages you still wont even complete the daily tasks , the spinning wheels give you little to nothing . deleted the game now not worth it was fun in the beginning but not anymore ....dont recommend unless you wanna spend 1000s to progress.
No matter how mathematically you play, no matter how many purchases you make, absolutely no matter what you do, the house always wins, the RNG is always against you. I've played this game for a long time, and I can assure anyone, you will lose, and big time. Developers, please understand, I am giving this game 1 star purely from the RNG perspective. I'll even give you an example. Colosseum balloon event. If you don't win the spin and play in the first 10 hands, RNG will make the opponent win.

This game is rigged to perfection. It will let you win to a certain point then stack all the odds against you so that you lose all your chips. Then it will conveniently offer you a discount to buy chips from them. I am really tempted to have this company investigated for fraud.
Uninstalled after repeated instances of rigged play. PAYtika is an organized-crime front IMO. Avoid this app as well as WSOP (which PAYtika also acquired and subsequently rigged up and ruined).

Ich finde die Animation sehr gut gemacht, aber das bei den Glücksrädern überhaupt gar nicht möglich ist eine hohe Summe zu bekommen und immer nur die kleinste bekommt, auch nach 100 Versuchen ist nur frustrierend und man soll immer nur für etwas zahlen. Aber dafür gibt es keine Werbung im Spiel. Und auch bei Black Jack ist die Gewinn chance ultras manipuliert und basiert überhaupt nicht aufs Zufallsprinzip!

I've played to level 50ish. I noticed alot of bot activity, and even seen a whole table of bots glitching out, where they didnt respond and just kept posting sb and bb. i dont know if the devs admit to bots but there you go. also. after hitting 400+ mil in chips, i noticed that id run into a bad beat that i couldnt get out of. kept getting beat by 1 out rivers over and over and over again. until i hit bottom. Started researching into it, and looks like quite a few players say the same thing.
I do enjoy your game but the way you lose money after leveling up is ridiculous!!!! Lost 1 billion in a blink of a eye. 90% of the time I have a good hand and I decide to go all in...someone else have a way better hand so I lose..I understand you can't way all but 90% of the time... so it isn't fair to me..it's like I'm suppose to spend my money and when I do I don't get nothing worth while saying up to 500 mil or 2.5 billion or even more just to get 25 mil or 50 mil is rubbish
