I tried your resolution thing. An AI chatbot does not count. Timestamped 9 PM Wednesday. The authorized debit date was Friday (payday). Withdrawing three days early is an unauthorized ACH transaction. I'm disputing it with my bank as unauthorized and filing complaints with the CFPB and the California DFPI. I expect the funds returned immediately. Your fake sorry enrages me.

They like to give you a decent advance like $200 & follow up with half that amount for the next advance ($100). Not that bad with that amount of money but it still sucks to repay $200 & instead of your next advance increasing because you paid back on time like you would expect, it gets cut in half for no reason. I really got a throat punch this time. My advance was $300 and then another $200 on the new rent assistance. Paid $500 back on time. My next advance was $75! I cancelled my plan!
The people that run this have to be idiots. The app says "when is your next check?" May 7th. 12:01 AM on May 7th they try to charge it and start sending texts and emails Your repayment failed. Omg. Update your stuff and pay us. Lol. The banks aren't even open yet idiots.

change borrow amount when you pay it off to lower amount
My paydays are every other week on Fridays, but paid 2 days early on Wednesday afternoons, repayment was set up for Wednesday the 6th which would have been perfect but Grant thought it was smart to collected on Tuesday evening the 5th, makes no sense. Grant don't bother responding with a canned response to contact customer service, there is no customer service at Grant.

APP WON'T LET ME DELETE MY ACCOUNT. I would give it 0 stars if I could. App makes you earn points just to borrow. Not beneficial in a case of emergency like I'm currently in. Then it won't let me click the delete option. DON'T GET THIS APP!!!

I was about to sign up but when I had to read the E-sign concent I opened a document that looked like it was written in a different language. it was a terribly pinted document I couldn't ready. no thanks. I wish I could upload the screenshot here. 😄
I've used a few of these services and this is the worst one. It has repeatedly changed my due date after the agreement to the day before my paycheck. The AI service is absolutely useless as is typical. companies that don't want to spend money on a staff typically don't invest a lot in their technology either. I have to wait 24 hours to hear back. If I hear back at all. and who knows if that's even going to be productive. I miss humans

suddenly drops the amount you can borrow. after clarification from them this app is even more trash lmao they charge you a monthly fee and extreme instant transfer fees just to randomly decide they drop the amount with no warning. use any other app like earnin or Dave.
So I checked out this app....didnt end up applying for any money after I saw there was a fee and they took money out of my account this morning. When you try to cancel your account it doesn't allow it..... what a SCAM!! Avoid this app......

Started off good, then when I really needed help, the app couldn't detect my payroll direct deposit which caused acct to become overdrawn.
If you were born before 1980, this app is just too difficult and confusing to navigate. You're going to end up signing up for things you didn't mean to. Completely disappointed.

I've been getting payday advances for months now. I tried to get a payday loan today and they won't give me one! I've been using the same bank account to pay my loans back no problem! now their not accepting my bank?? why pay for a subscription if I cant get my loans anymore! its always different when they want money!! dissapointing....
