won't let past plaid endless loop
Not much of a review type but for the next person who may come across an issue. I signed up easily and my banking information was verified. Full page of all my spending but when it came time to take out an advance all of a sudden you cant cause theres a failure to identify you although they already accepted and identified your banking information and then some. customer service gave me absolutely 0 explanation and said they didnt know why pretty much. Eventually just deleted after multiple email

They wanted too much bank information. I don't let anyone look in my account. Fraud happens.
worst cash advance app ive ever used. They dont know when you get paid even though it tells them because your bank account is linked to them lol they took the money out three days before my direct deposit hits and caused my account to overdraft lol every other cash advance app waits til I get paid to take their money except these dumbasses. Dave is so much better they dont make these mistakes I will use them everytime from now on

cannot log in with my credentials between grant and plaid... my payment has been made it cleared my account and then disconnected. I've been trying for 4 days to reconnect. plaid shows all the accounts attached and working fine.
Poor Customer Service I submitted my ticket on my account because Grant stated that it is not available in MD which I confirm it is not true. Then, I logged backed into my account and I am now on Basic subscription which I did not selected.
not legit. not even available in my state which they could have said BEFORE gathering my personal information. another data collecting app
doesn't work it just keeps asking me to connect my bank info and I do and I get emails saying its verified but every single time I open the app it makes me do the same thing over and over and I get no where

there when I needed it. .update was there in beginning, but when you pay it back will not let you borrow again for any amount.. sad. if I did not need cash I would not borrow in first place

I'd like to give Grant more stars but I can't since they have cost me more money than they've helped with.
Too complicated
very unreliable app. They take your repayment out a day early than your repayment date or should I say at the stroke of midnight on the day of your repayment date and then holds it for like 5 days to where you can't get another advance till then. If you are on a tight budget or rely on this app for immediate funds, do not use this app. I am super irritated that my money is now tied up with them now
