I dont want to pay if I don't like it. its need a month to test it out
Ever since the latest update, this app has become incredibly buggy. Basic, essential features are completely broken: The timer sound works only intermittently when time is up. Custom routines constantly overwrite themselves. If I plan tomorrow's workouts today, the app completely changes the exercises by the next morning. My 5-day split (PPLUP) keeps getting randomly altered to entirely different setups (like PPLUU). I literally had to uninstall and reinstall the app just to force it to show my

you MUST pay at least $11 just to try this app. No trial period to try the app. Don't waste your time....

It does not sync with the phone. it just stays stuck. You can't use both the phone and the watch at the same time. It's pointless (Btw I did uninstall and reinstall twice, both the phone and the watch. I even logged out and cleared data multiple times even after reinstalling the just released new version) No troubleshooting fixes the issue.
Great for the first month but after that its just like every other workout app. Its less AI managed and more seems to be ran by the same algorithms that most fitness trackers use. If you do so many of this weight then your max is this. The app then applies that max, that you've never done, to your next workout. It has tried to up my weights sometimes by 20-30 pounds because it thinks I can but it should have been obvious I wasnt at those weights. There's more wrong than right with this app.
makes you fill out loads off information just to charge you , just put all your information on Google AI or any AI assist and it will give you the same Information
typical scam. you go through all the hoops signing up, tweeting your plan, giving it access to everything , including your first born, with zero mention of memberships or billing. Then you get to the end after they've "Made your plan" and there the billing is, just like the last 100 health apps that did literally the same exact thing, the same way. Put your billing up front and be honest about it.
Poor recommendations. Does not utilize equipment or suggests equipment that I didn't specify that I had.
Not worth the premium price tag it has, looks nice on first impression though. found customisation is poor. created exercise can't be edited so if it imports it's hard to change. Splits are poor and hard to customise overall it's not very intuitive. bugs also exist when changing exercise often it goes blank you have to close app and restart. other issues as well so wouldn't recommend, issue also with history not sync. don't pay for this app clearly no care from dev team. would prefer a refund

glitchy timer doesn't work
I love that we finally have a wear OS app however it is very buggy on the pixel watch 3. The rest timer gets stuck in the countdown not letting you move forward. then the rest timer messes up the rest timer on the phone so you have to uninstall to get everything working.
I'm 4 weeks in and getting goofy workouts. the first 4-5 of each PPL was the exact same workout over and over, and now I've just finished a workout that was 100 lb plate loaded chest press, followed by 5 dips and then a set of flys with 20lbs for 2 reps... I'm literally just adjusting every set by hand now, and would be a few dollars heavier without gravl.
