The app does work great for getting you in queue and all that. Here's my issue: I use the same person every time. Employee schedules change every week, especially for her as she works in multiple locations. You've changed all the phone lines to the AI operator without any options to reach the store. How can I know if, when, and where she's working? I don't like going to a random hairdresser. You should really add a way to queue up for specific hairdressers online or AT LEAST see the schedule.
if all the shops only allow walk-ins why even have the app?
hopeless app. does not show promotion at great clips
1 Star Only because the app just stopped working on my phone it says it's not compatible with my phone anymore!?!? I would give this App 5 Stars if it still worked it's actually a fantastic easy to use/Navigate through it I've been using it for years actually since it came out if it still worked I would change my rating to 5 Stars!
Never went out of my way to negative review an app. Not so much the app but the people that signed off on the unnecessary updates ever since it stopped working on my Samsung J7, and now if has some useless ads. it's just a haircut app. OMG
Update: Didn't think app could get any worse, but they proved me wrong. Wait time can get longer even after checking in. App doesn't allow to schedule appts. Worse, app lets you check in even if shop is closed... and shop is OFTEN closed - even during listed business hours. So if your time and gas have any value, app is worse than worthless. Today app said 0 wait time, but when I walked in door 2 minutes later I was 7th in line!!! 4/29/26: Just downloaded latest app update. Review unchanged.

I'm sorry what's the critical need for me to have to update the app before I can make an appointment online with the same system that hasn't fundamentally changed in years this kind of inconvenience just shows they don't care about the actual customers it's more important for them to have their little meat Hooks app in their siphoning off your private data
whenever I try to sign in it always says fail. changed me password and still having the same problems
upset I haven't got any coupons for my son ....
App worked fine, and now it won't run due to outdated android. My phone is stuck on an old android version due to the manufacturer not updating it anymore. At some point I'll upgrade the phone, but it works fine now. I can still use all my existing apps that handle a lot more critical data, but not a simple GC app that I used to check wait times. Sounds unreasonable for a simple app to force a system update when one doesn't exist. At least allow rollback to older version.

You're a new app sucks
These people actually pushed an update that made their own app incompatible with "older" Android devices. For reference, I'm running Android 11 from 2023. Talk about shooting yourself in your own foot.
checked in online. showed 0 wait time and showed up and sat for 10 minutes and still didn't get haircut yet. left
App not working anymore, keeps asking for OS UPDATE, my phone say is UP to the Latest Android Version. I'm certainly that I will find another venue to get my hair cut way before I get to change my phone!

I need the app not surveys
would be great if the app actually checked you into the store, mine said I was checked in, I went in and my name was not in there system anywhere despite the app said I was in line
joined the line on the website signing in with my Google. Got the app and now I can't sign in or make an account. I tried a different email, still nothing.
This app sends me notifications about the $8.99 offer and when I click on it, it errors out and nothing in notifications. This isn't a one off experience either - I don't care if you send me coupons or not but if you do send me a notification, it better be there.
too many updates too much BS
It's a nice app but no longer supports older androids cause of reasons so I'm guessing a lot of people will no longer be able to use it aka less money for GC
