l have tried to create an account numerous times but it won't let me have given up #####
doesn't work, signs me out and refuses to let me sign in saying incorrect password, when you try reset doesn't send email to reset and then I made new account and it got disabled due to security issue pretty bad app.

Awful app. don't work. I registered and sent me an email to say i am now in, but on the app it denies access for some bizarre security reason. Ive never had any issues with your competitors apps, they have registered and worked immediately. Get it sorted. as this puts off new customers. having to ring your customer relations which is only open in the week. absolutely useless. dare say probably wont recommend Green king to friends.

can't login - sports app discontinuing but this app doesn't work at all, just displays a "Not Found" post login credentials. useless

Everytime I click sign up, you rick roll me. What the hell is that about?
I ordered a drink, waited over 20 minutes, used the app as I had the dog with me outside. Completely pointless, they didn't know about the order until I went inside, I had to tie the dog up and go inside to resolve. The app even let me order a drink they didn't have in stock, so I'm going to uninstall if it's this unreliable.
i cant order food if I dont have allergy, funny. also having a counter only for app users in the app with 50 meter queue is a great move.
App is total rubbish. Just keeps asking to sign up. You do that then it says login failed. Ill stick to Wetherspoons.
please go back to the old version. can't login or register.
I'll be uninstalling app as soon as food arrives. Wouldn't need to have installed it if you put enough staff on, rather than penny pinching on your wage bill.

Downloaded, ordered a remote delivery drink, over half an hour later no sight of it, had to flag down a waitress who very kindly poured me the drink and confirmed I had completed the ordering process correctly
Wow, new thing with sports app integration. My 10% has expired, others have got 15% for sports my app ... has nothing. Keep the original sports app this looks like it's going to be a nightmare!
absolutely shocking app , crashes every time I open it , or change something and has on 2 occasions charge me twice for the same meal , with a message saying something had gone wrong , go on my bank to discover it had taken the money twice. total scam of an app
updated the app and now will not let you collect rewards not good when you go to the restaurant?

DON'T USE THE PAYPAL OPTION, THEY KNOW IT DOESN'T WORK. I recently ordered food and used PayPal option, payment went through but the order did not. The staff said "oh yes, that does happen, we have had this before". They said there is nothing they can do, if you want food you will have to pay again using a card. Why offer an option that is going to cause the customer such huge inconvenience?!

Not working correctly
Doesn't work. When I try to create an account, it says sign in has been temporarily denied for security reasons. I'm unable to log in. Tried with 3 different emails, same thing every time. Tried resetting password, but no password reset link arrives.
Very disappointed Visited Tamar inn in Plymouth, the main menu was very limited, no pies, no tartar sauce, only one dessert available.
app is no use. options available on physical menu, that are not on the app menu (swapping items out etc). also, page to log in is "not found".

it seems like a good app and I am a fan of Greene king but I'm unable to use the app because after I made an account it wouldn't let me log back in or even make another account after logging in wouldn't work. update, I sent an email to the provided email and have not received a response plus my account has now been suspended, I hadn't even gotten a chance to use it yet.

I downloaded this app when it came out, I also have the Ember Inn, Vintage Inn, Wetherspoon and Marstons not a problem with any of them, bar this one, it has continually shown Error try later on every attempt to register, I have turned off my VPN, updated all and uninstalled and reinstalled and still does not work, Green King have taken over Hungry Horse and advise to download the app. WHY it does not work and therefore not fit for purpose. Poor Very Poor
2026: 7 years on and still terrible, have to pay extra to include sauces already included for steak, have to choose an option where the only option is gluten free (no no allergies option) awful. 2019: 20 mins trying to order via the app, gave up, nothing loads properly and cant pay

won't even let you log in. had to go to the main website in order to create an account but still won't even let you log in. deleted and redownloaded the app and STILL crashes the moment you try to either log in or create an account. 5 of us sat here trying everything we can think of an have concluded it's just bad and a waste of time!
Why let me get through 10 minutes of placing an order on the app, take payment into pending to *then* say the app can't be used because it needs updating? Baffled.

I have tried to log in and it refuses every single time. Tried on wifi and mobile data, tried two different email addresses.And I've tried changing my password. Everytime it just tells me something went wrong and to try again. And, as far as I'm aware there's no way to troubleshoot it or get help.
Lazy table service and nasty food. Dumped our first drinks on a tray and left the tray. Food came quick but oh god what is in the burgers? dripping fat everywhere is not nice. Coleslaw what can I say but looked very dodgy I could not eat it. Second drinks were delivered with a splash of my drink over my wife. Dropping a knife on my grandson was pretty much the final straw. Really very poor quality and service
right after ordering, they signed me up to receive spam mail. no way to undo, and they steal your email address. I will remember to put fake email in next time, as they only take it to sell your details on. we were forced to use the app to order too because when we tried to order at the bar, the bar staff were too busy chatting and serving their friends and intentionally ignoring the customers waiting.
I just cant get on the app..ive used different codes..put my name and date of birth like the app asked and it keeps saying somethings gone wrong 😳🙄
