Very disappointed Visited Tamar inn in Plymouth, the main menu was very limited, no pies, no tartar sauce, only one dessert available.
app is no use. options available on physical menu, that are not on the app menu (swapping items out etc). also, page to log in is "not found".

it seems like a good app and I am a fan of Greene king but I'm unable to use the app because after I made an account it wouldn't let me log back in or even make another account after logging in wouldn't work. update, I sent an email to the provided email and have not received a response plus my account has now been suspended, I hadn't even gotten a chance to use it yet.

I downloaded this app when it came out, I also have the Ember Inn, Vintage Inn, Wetherspoon and Marstons not a problem with any of them, bar this one, it has continually shown Error try later on every attempt to register, I have turned off my VPN, updated all and uninstalled and reinstalled and still does not work, Green King have taken over Hungry Horse and advise to download the app. WHY it does not work and therefore not fit for purpose. Poor Very Poor

always so slow
won't even let you log in. had to go to the main website in order to create an account but still won't even let you log in. deleted and redownloaded the app and STILL crashes the moment you try to either log in or create an account. 5 of us sat here trying everything we can think of an have concluded it's just bad and a waste of time!
Why let me get through 10 minutes of placing an order on the app, take payment into pending to *then* say the app can't be used because it needs updating? Baffled.
no real ale on tap
I have tried to log in and it refuses every single time. Tried on wifi and mobile data, tried two different email addresses.And I've tried changing my password. Everytime it just tells me something went wrong and to try again. And, as far as I'm aware there's no way to troubleshoot it or get help.
Lazy table service and nasty food. Dumped our first drinks on a tray and left the tray. Food came quick but oh god what is in the burgers? dripping fat everywhere is not nice. Coleslaw what can I say but looked very dodgy I could not eat it. Second drinks were delivered with a splash of my drink over my wife. Dropping a knife on my grandson was pretty much the final straw. Really very poor quality and service
right after ordering, they signed me up to receive spam mail. no way to undo, and they steal your email address. I will remember to put fake email in next time, as they only take it to sell your details on. we were forced to use the app to order too because when we tried to order at the bar, the bar staff were too busy chatting and serving their friends and intentionally ignoring the customers waiting.
I just cant get on the app..ive used different codes..put my name and date of birth like the app asked and it keeps saying somethings gone wrong 😳🙄

It wouldn't accept my blue light code
Managed to create an account. Will not let me log into the account in the app. Successfully changed password. (thinking it was a password issue) Still will not let me log into the app. Just about managed to order as a guest, but a very slow, frustrating process.

could never login, once you register and try and login it takes you back through the register process. waste of time have uninstalled
I just want to order some food, not to be bombarded with sharing my location (even when I said no already), ads and gambling like spinners. Absolutely disgusting. Edit: add on top of that also the design which is made clearly to promote registering (annoying, but not uncommon), and popups with preselected checkbox to subscribe to your newsletter and stuff. Traps like these don't make me change my review at all. If anything, I will make sure a similar review is left to the pub using you too.

refuses to let you log into your account
Made me get the app. Booooooo
Will not let me log in. Incompatible with Firefox, apparently- as all attempts to log in that way result in "page not found". Stopping Firefox allows me to use log in page, but now says 'Something went wrong, please try again later' when I try to enter my details to set up an account. Same issue across 2 devices. Useless.

Mediocre at best. Ordered the Sunday roast. Beef was nicely cooked, peas weren't. Reminded of school dinners when it came to the "roast" potatoes, one of which skipped to the floor when I tried to slice it with the provided cutlery. Yorkshire pudding was bread. Service was obligatory: no check ins or feedback requests, even though this was Easter Sunday but the place was hardly stacked and not a lot of diners in sight. Also refused the 365 a day Blue Light discount. Because of Jesus.
