Needs work. All the app did was lock up my phone. Did a restart and a quick delete.
Ive been using this app for years and it has been reliable up until now. Ill change my review if I can get someone at Felt to get back to me and help me find my contacts. But I cant access my address book. Ive used this app for mailing cards and spent ALOT of money on my Christmas mailers over the years. Very disappointed. Hope I hear from someone at Felt.

App doesn't work, no greetings load. It's been weeks now and I've emailed multiple times. They haven't update app for over a year... I love this concept but upset I have put money into an app I can not use, especially when I saved my credits for Holidays. Its very sad they must be losing so much money since app doesn't work. GET IT FIXED PLEASE AND RESPECT YOUR CURRENT CUSTOMETS WGO HAVE EMAILED MULTIPLE TIMES WITH LITTLE REPLY OR CONCERN. I didnt want to write this review but it's not working!!
The android app crashes every 30 seconds or so
Rubbish! Garbage! Sludge! I spent a lot of time creating a card, only to have the application fail time and time again. There's, simply, zero consequences for anybody or anything anymore. Android products aren't reliable anymore. Apple products are just as bad, but more costly is all. Everyone is talking about A.I. Are we to rely on a computer generated village idiot as opposed to a human? BAD IN! - BAD OUT! The problem is that everyone born after 1985 are dumb as hell!!!

App crashes too much - do not swipe panels! Added handwriting sometimes gets lost forever, even after saving the panel, reverting to previous handwriting.
Constantly crashes
very glitchy and annoying, a small swipe or reposition of a frame will close the app. Restarting the app takes too long. MUST FIX THESE GLITCHES , otherwise App is a waste of time.
This app NEVER works properly. I love the cards and have purchased a few. However I will stop making and buying them because the app is so horrible. Randomly kicks you off when designing cards.
Not as user friendly as it should be. Got a subscription which it did not apply for the current card I was sending out. Unfortunately, it's an awesome idea and they are probably the best option for what they do, so I'm stuck with them.
App crashes every 2-3 minutes of use. Making a single card is frustrating. After I finish up my credits I seriously need to cancel my subscription.

I've installed and Uninstalled this app several times onto my galaxy s22 ultra. The app will not load and run no matter what. I'd love to use this service but it's not playing nice with my phone.
It was a great app until I tried using it this year. It keeps crashing and closing on me. It won't let me finish or continue with the card I was working on. Hopefully, they get it fixed.
Twice my cards were not received. Twice I sent messages and emails with no response. Twice I paid and did not receive a product. Do not use this app, it's not reliable.

I used to like this app. Now it starts in landscape and I can't add anything to the back sides. Disappointed I can't use it, is a really nice way to say hello for no other reason.
kept kicking me out
The app used to work great, now I can't finish a card without crashing. Currently I have spent 3 hours trying to finish a card. I cleared cookies twice, Uninstaller and reinstalled. Still crashing and not allowing me to finish the card. What happened?
I had a lot of trouble with the app closing and just figuring out how to add addresses and accessing them when doing the envelope. Now I can't even get it to stay open, and I'm getting notifications from my phone saying that the app is causing battery issues.

Unfortunately since the update, I am no longer able to open the app, and got charged again. A wonderful idea for an app. Less than ideal execution. Would definitely get 4+ stars if the app would just open. I have a Samsung note 20 ultra.

The app crashes constantly. I love their product and the idea, but it's awful to use. Multiple devices, uninstall and reinstall, cleared cache and date.
super buggu app
Soooooo glitchy on Android. After fighting and fighting with it, it seemed I finally hit the finish line. Only for Felt to cancel my order. Terrible experience.
It's continuously the most frustrating app! I can only imagine the developers have never actually tried to use it? Everything is difficult: getting a font to stay changed, changing font size, adding an address, getting the address to populate on the envelope, having your addresses actually be saved in your address book over time instead of disappearing. It's like the app keeps finding new ways to mess with you!
Won't let me type on the card. Won't let me select an address. Basically my credits are locked up and can't use them since I can't complete a card.
Great idea but unreliable app. It often takes 3 or 4 restarts to complete one card. The cards that go out are great. I wish you could count on the app to work each time.
omg this app is so frustrating. I constantly have to reenter text and it is jumping around from page to page forcing me to restart multiple times
This service is a great concept but your app needs work. It constantly crashes while modifying the card.
The concept is smart,but the app itself is GARBAGE no matter how many times it is uninstalled. I have over $100 in credits because if I cancel my subscription it deletes all my credits but it takes me reopening the app ATLEAST 30 times to complete ONE card,so to get through those credits would take yearsss,but Im stuck with them charging me every month.Customer service is non existent,it just sends you to google questions and faq. Don't sign up.
Glitches. Every time I try to type- the app glitches and closes the keyboard and im unable to type anything or edit my text in the drafts.
Waiting over a year for them to fix issues. I have 23 credits I can't use because the app refuses to work. I've tried my Asus tablet, my Samsung galaxy s20, my galaxy s10 and all of them only stay open for a few minutes. It absolutely sucks because when the app did work it was a wonderful way to get photos of my children printed off and sent to family memebers.
It is a very frustrating app to use. Not intuitive at all. As other reviewers have said; it will just close when you are in the middle of designing a card.
