I was unable to log-in (probably due to inactivity). Despite repeated attempts, including clearing cache, reinstalling app & rebooting phone, I am still unable to log-in or re-register - entering SMS code only returns you full circle, a password meeting the necessary criteria is rejected. Salt is added to the wound when asked, "Do you have the Greggs app" when in-store, knowing I'm missing out on convenience and rewards. Frankly appalled.
Impossible to login. Have used previously but now enter login details and im asked to insert 6 digit number sent to my phone. I do this and am taken back to the login page. I cannot break this cycle. I've deleted and reinstalled, but no difference.
absolute rip off!! I will never go to Greggs again. everything is cold, which is usual for a bakery that cooks everything piping hot. if you want it warmed, extra 40p? are you mad? it won't be long before this greedy company is history!! shame because Greegs used to be the go to place. sorry, no more from me!
kicked me out account and log in process does not work. despite getting verification code
tried to sign up but it takes you to a seperate webpage then after verifying my mobile it returns to the app and it has reloaded so I get stuck in a loop, unusable
rubbish app will not allow logging in or new account
I asked a question about reward not seeming to exist then instead of answering then tell me something which does not help. support seem to be pretty useless from Iain so far

I sign in, it sends a verification code , I put that in the box and it takes me back to log in screen, ive tried changing my password but that hasn't worked, tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that wasn't worked either. my phone is up to date

Too many different categories to redeem and don't know if it even makes a difference when I order. should just be points that I can spend on an item.
Once again my order did not register on the app, so I cannot collect my stamps. This happens so many times!!
