Order tickets online. This app will delete lower prices. very unfortunate
could not find a route from Fayetteville ar to Shenandoah ia for any date
Complete disaster. My first time traveling in bus with Greyhound an this is the last time. bathroom smelled up the whole bus of urine and feces. bus was over packed with people passengers sat in the aile toward the back. all just to make money. completely uncomfortable no cushion on seats. passengers could feel all the metal framing on the seats. completely un necessary. people use Greyhound because at times to fly by plane is way too expensive an yet complete chaos.

stay away. 2nd time I've used Greyhound. 2nd time I got delayed. First time I went without the bathroom at a layover place. This is incredibly sad.
I accidentally put in wrong destination...when I called to switch... Greyhound only gave me 24.00 out of 132.00. they told me I could only cancel & rebook only giving me 20%of my money.. there's more they should do . overcharging in this day ... very rude

I showed up an hour and 15min early to a 3:50AM departure, no bus. Sat next to a guy waiting who said he had been kicked off the bus the day before with no explanation other than there was no driver available. stayed until 6:15am got rescheduled for 6:40pm, got there at 5:34pm and when the bus showed up at 7:15 she kicked 20 or so people off the bus who had no idea they were getting off and chaos insued. than she drove off...everyone had to get a hotels and reimbursed and I never made it out.
I've been trying to purchase a ticket for the last hour now I am not able to purchase a ticket for some reason the app keeps glitching

my girlfriend was assaulted. guard did nothing. there's more bad things to mention later. I don't have time right now to list everything. never again.
. the worst bus I even been the driver was very nice but the seats are wet
the worst experience ever a ticket of 90 usd turn on 300usd something like that
worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life, trackers don't update, notifications don't work, and buses never come. my bus was delayed over three hours and entirely ruined my trip and made me feel unsafe and greyhound took my money and ran with it. my only option to get my money back is going to be contacting my bank because even after getting the email the refund link doesn't work. a scam at every turn.

the worst bus ride I've ever had you couldnt pay me to take a greyhound bus again. The driver was the most rude unhappy individual I've ever had the displeasure of being around.

-5 Stars Worst place in existence. My last review was not bad enough. Still had 5 min til the bus was supposed to leave and they told me it already left, and they were angry/rude about it even tho I just asked for info on what I could do because I havent been thru this. But whatever, I went home and canceled my night ticket too so they didnt screw me out of more money...and I got $7 back. Spent almost $70 for 2 tickets there, and 2 tickets back and got $7. What a scam, I feel taken advantage of
Great app but cannot find log in
Worker broke my suitcase wheel by slamming luggage then proceeded to tell me he would leave me if I did not hurry it up. Same bus driver got nasty about service animal and asked if I had documentation then sent us just as quickly to the back of the bus like we had leporacy. Not a pleasant ride so far.
Charged twice and never compensated.
Luckily I checked the app because no one notified me that a part of my trip was canceled and then when I rebooked it the lady told it was the same day and it wasnt it was the next day and I was standing at airport waiting to leave then when I tried to call they said I agreed to the change and couldn't do nothing about it I booked the trip weeks ago and got screwed, what a horrible company

I rode on several Greyhound buses they're too cramped the Wi-Fi they allow people to use isn't even good and there's no true security on the bus
And not accept two out of three of my cards.
