I don't recommend this app or the poor excuse for a bus company that forces people to use it. There's a reason that Greyhound/Flix does not have a way for anyone to pay in person and one nightmare with them will teach you why!

will NEVER travel Greyhound again. They cancelled on us three times after leaving us stranded in Los Angeles. cancelled AGAIN when we got to Sacramento, leaving us stranded AGAIN. Customer service will do NOTHING. I fully intend to sue Greyhound for breach of contract of carriage. I have also filed formal complaints with ICC, and California Consumer Protection Bureau. Ride at your own risk. Hitchhiking is safer and quicker.

I’m stranded and beyond frustrated. I got stuck in traffic and called Greyhound immediately to explain. The line disconnected right as we were discussing my refund amount. When I finally got back through, they claimed it was "too late" and kept every cent. That was all the money I had to get home, and now I’m completely screwed. Customer service was useless-they told me the only thing they could do was "file a complaint." Zero empathy and predatory policies. Absolutely terrible experience.
couldn't book my ticket through the app because it kept telling me my phone number was invalid -1*. booked my ticket on the website and checked the app to view my ticket, app said confirmation info wasn't valid -1*. tried to track the bus on the app, shows incorrect tracking info. I don't know what this app is even for nothing works on it I would give it zero if I could.

First review 10/1/2021, update review 4/11/2022, I'm guessing whomever is supposed to be managing this app, is deceased, just saying. 🤔😡UPDATE 4.5 years later 4/30/2026 app no better. I did a comparison price check for same route..One Way and Round trip, they both show the exact, extreme high price for both trips😡😠 Something is wrong here😲😡🤨
horrible i missed my bus, I opened it ticket , direction sent me to pick up location that has changed and your system has not updated new pick up location. mad as hell, no reimbursement or new ticket. I have to purchase another ticket .

do not ever use this service. this was the most unprofessional service I've ever experienced. scummy business with scummy business practices, drivers I'd question my safety with and the most useless customer service that rivals dealing with insurance companies. if you value your time, money and patience never use this service.
I got my granddaughter and her boyfriend a ticket to come home they were stuck in Florida when the bus got there they were told it wasn't the right one found out it was the right one so when I called them there is no refund and would not give them tickets for another day my granddaughter was stuck in Florida trying to get home in Indiana and the company kept me 400 dollars they are still stuck in Florida with no where to go and I don't have any money to send them they are wrong for this
i think they should give you your money back instead a voucher cuz most people don't travel after a while so the voucher will be a was of time and won't get you anywhere aa well

it is the 23 April 2026 route to Philadelphia the 3:00.am on the flixbus first the driver didn't wait ppl to sit B4 taking off i almost fell then 5 minutes in the drive he has us stopped somewhere he don't say why or for how long we jus sitting here been over 15 or 20 minutes why ?wat for. ?why can't he communicate sucks
This app says that the bus picks up at NIU at the Holmes Student Center. It does not. After waiting there for 25 minutes I found out it picked up two blocks from where I was standing. consequently I paid for a ticket that I didn't get to use, and I missed my meeting in Naperville.

Difficult to find everything. My trip information is spread out like puzzle pieces all over the app.
this ticket i last rode with was sold to me on here and the ticket went to the destination that was on the ticket. then, there was no departing bus for that time that was on the ticket. so, I just stayed there overnight. it was terrible. I couldn't sleep. I had very little money and was scared to leave my bags. the truth about that ticket was that it wasn't even a valid ticket because of some me flex buses. so, after several calls to Greyhound, they gave me a new schedule and ticket.

this is a terrible way to travel i waited outside the terminal for several hours my bus was delayed twice I was asked to pay extra for a seat that I wasnt able to sit in all around terrible experience
I was denied boarding on an unbranded Greyhound bus in Newark, NJ. Even though I had a valid ticket, I was not permitted on the bus. The driver said I missed it, but I fail to see how this is true as I was standing right next to it and the door was open. Greyhound has thus-far not responded to my online queries.

greyhound steals money from people and leaves them stranded and the buses are junk broken and disgusting, theres no gurantee you'll get any services provided that you pay for. buyer beware. they have bad business practices. very scammy company 👎
Greyhound customer service is deplorable, they are rude and they lie . I was left on a street corner to wait in the cold in NYC for 4 hours. when the bus was leaving he almost ran over my bags which was witnessed by local police officer. I am traumatized and shocked by the whole experience.
The issue is Seating mismanagement, we booked as family ahead of time & was seated far away from each other... Greyhound or Flex please your change your policy it's not only about money "FAMILY SHOULD SEAT TOGETHER"
Do not book a trip unless you're 100% sure you will be going on the trip. If you cancel, they will not refund your money back. Instead they give you a voucher you can use for another trip. I am one who doesn't travel, so the voucher is of no use to me. So, with that being said, I lost out on $200.00. Their refund policy sucks!

It's a pain to get the station location.
wouldn't recognize my phone number as a valid number. tried numerous times and other numbers still same invalid phone number which forces you to purchase your ticket over the phone. when you purchase your ticket over the phone they charge 25.00 extra dollars. real cute greyhound

Greyhound bus sucks, the customer service sucks, and I came from public Colorado, made of me through Nebraska, South Dakota, back into Wyoming and up into Montana and all they had to do is drive straight up, that's all they had to do.

I am not happy with the lack of more helpful instruction and assistance in redeeming a 25 dollar credit for my inconvenience from a 2 hour delayed transfer.
the busses have WiFi, but no Internet. that's stupid
