Today it didn't track any of my miles. It shows it's been on for 7.6 hours and says I've went 0 miles. Not correct!! Sheesh. Adding this on June 18th 2026, miles are still very incorrect! I drove 146 miles today yet the app says 227. Not even close. This used to work fine.
First run was 30 miles on my odometer and 80 miles on Gridwise. They blew it. All permissions granted for background location, unrestricted battery etc. Also DONT USE your Spark login to get pay data. For one, the app directly asks you for another app's password. Two: it'll log you out of Spark which causes all kinds of trouble. This is mostly due to Spark and Spark auth being horrible but Gridwise doesnt warn you. Three: the income data is JUST plain wrong, no explanation. Probably Sparks fault
Worked for about a month, then kicked the bucket. All those saved records - gone. Fortunately I wasn't naive enough to pay for the service. Regardless of any troubleshooting actions I take, app refuses to function. Absolutely no more valuable time will be spent attempting to figure out the issue. Uninstalled as of now and gone. It's always best to not be at the mercy of smartphone app when it comes to important business records of any kind - be sensible and track your own info.
Idiotic status notifications ruin this app. I don't know who thought these continual status notifications were a good idea. If there are actually people this stupid, they probably shouldn't be operating a motor vehicle. Glad I had a free trial and didn't actually spend any money on this trash. What a joke.
App could never connect to DoorDash. Pretty pointless without that feature. Deleted account and uninstalled.
App shows "Zero earnings " for Uber eats and doesn't even sync with doordash . Support team doesn't even care with customers. It is completely waste of time.
Insights are not supported in my city, something that Solo is able to do.
Don't use with Spark, they will deactivate your account for fraud.

Update to 1 stars. I hate the fact that I have to enable location all the time just for the app to track my miles. Normally I wouldn't mind this but when I turn off tracking the app still wants to run in the background. Android 16 shows me what's running and despite the app being swiped away from recent apps it still wants to run. I can't stand that. The only way to stop it is to disable the location always being enabled. Now I have to enable it every time I want to use it. It's really annoying.
I downloaded the app because it is promoted as an app that guarantees the best time and place to do gig work. What it doesn't tell you is that it only does that in larger markets, bigger cities. I would've paid what they were asking for if they did that. Oh well.. Back to Everlance, I guess. I'm not paying for TWO apps to just automatically track my miles...
The free version is basically unusable
this app is essentially malware. even on days I'm not using it, it tracks me so heavily that it eats up 20% of my battery. BEWARE!

Using this app for over two years now, and issues still abound, to the point I may be shopping other apps. Whenever I forget to start it when I begin my day, only 15-20% if the time it'll prompt me, asking if I am on a shift. Yet when it is on and I am in motion, it'll ask me if I am still working? Major failure there. And when I end my day and the phone is hardly moving? Again no prompt. Why am I shelling out money for a product that for years can't work out all the bugs?
nothing but issues the past couple months, raise the price and the app now has more issues with reporting mileage, unlinked Uber, relink Uber,uninstall the app, reinstall the app, yada yada. no mileage recorded in over a week, about ready to give this app the boot, with all the time performing what they tell you to do with no results the app should be free, definitely not worth the $14.99
I didn't get any value from this app, only "buy premium" pop ups every 5 seconds. Let alone that this app consider Ventura, CA as part of Los Angeles. Useless and misinforming. Don't waste your time.
It's only free to track the things you can do yourself! You have to pay for them to compare your gig jobs or find you prime times...(and you can do those yourself, too)

Would be five stars if it worked with my Uber account. I have to input manually. it works fine for Uber but not UberEats. Also, as of Feb 2, Roadie has stopped syncing. I need to use something that actually works, especially if im paying for it!

BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY!! I was charged for an annual membership when I cant even use the app since it doesn't have any data on my location! I demand a full refund!!
Horrible app. It doesn't do what it claims to do. Doesn't help you find the best areas. Basically it tracks how much money you made. Uh hello, the actual delivery apps already do that. It's also advertised as free which isn't true either! A fake app made by people to steal money and information from actual hard working individuals.

I started paying for this earlier this year and I forgot to fill in my earnings more often then not so I decided to pay for it. The autofill is off and I don't mean by a few dollar's. It tracked me at $496 one week manually doing the math I made $532. That's a $36 difference and thats just the first week I've checked. I reached out to support and was told I must wait 24hrs and close the chat for assistance. I am pretty sure I won't get because I want to cancel. DON'T PAY FOR THE APP!!!!

I used to love using this app, but lately, it's gone downhill. I use the paid version with Auto Tracking enabled, but I'm not receiving the mileage review notices after I stop driving anymore. Once in a while I'll get a notice to review a large number of miles within a date range. Obviously, that includes both personal and gig miles, so the reporting is inaccurate. I'm going back to the mileage tracking app that I was using before. At least they give some free tracking & mileage is correct.
