App won't let you change location or user account without uninstalling and when selecting to log in with Google just auto logs in with an option rather than letting you select from a list. Also, buttons to leave app are not displayed. Very poorly made IMO

Always check the venue's website. Groupon literally lies about the price. my order was cheaper at the venue's website even tho Groupon says %40 off
THE APP NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. ASAP. Switching back from searching for things is always reloaded back to the original interface which is the most annoying thing ever. 😡
Be careful... App is misleading & directs you to events/services that are NOT local. Flashy & overcrowded screen makes it difficult to know exactly what you are signing up for
Don't get this app . you can't get a refund it just gives you credit / vouchers
Groupon has become a scam. it started out with good deals but over time degenerated into not honoring it's rates. They charged me for more than the Groupon price. There being no way to contact customer support only compounds things. Find bargains elsewhere.
The second I signed up for this service - all of my personal data and purchase history was sold. I received multiple phishing emails that mirrored my purchase that could only be tracked back to groupon. f you groupon.
I have been trying to find my vouchers for days unsuccessfully due to having a new phone and there is no phone number or direct website where I can explain my situation so as to resolve my issue.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! SCAM!! I purchased several vouchers from Groupon for various activities while on vacation. A couple of the merchants were unreachable, the venues were closed and they did not have a phone number they could be reached. I contacted Groupon for a refund for the vouchers where the merchants were not able to be reached. Groupon told me that they could not refund me my money because although the merchants had been experiencing difficulty honoring vouchers, they were now available!
used the application for a rental. They are A 3rd party. I canceled my reservation and could not get my money returned 😤

no option to reach customer service.... the offer is not reflected on the billing page and no way to reach customers service for resolution.... there should be a call center or email for issues not listed in the FAQ.
Fraudulent. they will not refund anything. horrid customer service. Representsive lied many times and would not identify themselves or their supervisor. DO NOT USE. No phone calls, worst experience. cause me to loose 200$!!!

I purchased a Groupon for a haircut with full highlights, but the salon said it only covered partial highlights and required an extra $50. I felt forced to pay more or lose what I already spent. Groupon refused a refund due to the 30-day policy, even though the issue was inaccurate advertising. This experience felt deceptive and poorly handled and this is not the first time I've felt misled and unsupported as a Groupon customer. It's the last time, though

Dear team , I have to raise a complaint : I tried to buy 3 tickets from Groupon application for sahara centre Adventure land tickets. 1) 1 ,I brought using tabby and is redeemed. 2) 1, I used my emirates nbd card with Groupon app, and is redeemed. 3) While I am purchasing another 1 using my another email id using my same emirates nbd card, I didn't received the mail and money deducted twice from my account, I have the evidence.

I ordered approximately 17 shirts off Groupon. Once again, it went on my credit card. Instead of through the Groupon bucks then I've only received Five out of those shirts, and it's been 20 days, i've tried to communicate with groupon, about not being able to get a hold of the merchants.Can't return my merchandise can't exchange it for different sizes.Can't get a whole of anybody
